Visited bakery in Tamworth a few hours ago, offer on 3 for 2 - only 2 small egg custards left when I pointed out the offer to the the lady shop assistant, she said no offer as there's only 2 egg custards left, so I asked if I could have another cake instead and I was quickly told "no". Disappointed, products 10 customer service 0!
