“I've been visiting the Snow dome for many years and have seen it get progressively busier. In my opinion there is too many people on the slope. My kids had a beginner lesson and there were at least 6 other groups on lessons. The recreational skiers simply don't have enough room if they are not really good and I saw 3 people in quick succession being knocked over by other skiers at the bottom and queueing. I'd recommend you travel a bit further and go to a bigger indoor slope. Tamworth is just too busy. And don't get me started about the size of the ques. Actual skiing time Vs queuing time for the beginner lift was so disappointing for the money you pay. However, that said, the receptionist was really good when I expressed my issues and they did help with a credit note. So I can't fault their customer service post purchase.”

“Popped in and had a lovely steak bake, bit of a queue for some reason, somebody was collecting a big order to deliver for someone, I think that was the reason for the queue, staff seemed rushed off their feet.”
