Christophers - you need to update your menu price list on line.Saturdauy evening I chose Chicken supreme in a tarragon & cream sauce £12, potatoes & a medley of vegetables, although quite nice the cream sauce appeared to have been replaced by a gravy that overpowered the chicken. disappointing.

Had the most amazing meal here for valentines night the pate was lovely and strong, the steak was beautiful and cooked to perfection and so tasty and the pudding was delicious! I even managed to get an elusive Irish Coffee which was perfect. 14 of us from Asda dined at Christopher’s before attending an event near by. The staff went above & beyond to accommodate us when a few other Tamworth venues said no to our party of 14 adults. We booked months in advance & did a pre-order system & this worked so well. The staff was happy to tweak meals without hesitation. All the starters came out together & then the mains was served after & all meals arrived within a few minutes of each other. All the diners commented on the good standard of food & the service. The restaurant was busy when we dined but nothing was too much trouble. Thanks again for looking after us.

Came for our annual Christmas meal, warm welcome, good service, lovely meal, really nice atmosphere, fantastic service, well worth a visit , thank you, see you in January

Nice aesthetic in the restaurant, the team were nice although the front of house lead just seemed very angry and nit picky over minor things which was a shame to see as she was basically humiliating her staff in front of our party of 20 odd she did appear to be quite tyrannical. Food itself interesting menu although the venison burger was a real let down with a standard cob rather than anything fancy to create a bistro feel, thin burger was undercooked, potentially the reason I had a dodgy stomach the next day, not much of a range of larger or ale, although plenty of spirits for cocktails which I unfortunately didn’t get to try. I personally would give it another chance due to having such a large party can be stressful and hopefully it was just on the off chance for them.

We have recently tried the Sunday carry-away from Christopher Tamworth, and they are an absolute delight! The food is worth every penny, and the taste was amazing. The gravy was so good that you could practically drink it straight from the pot. And I can’t forget to mention that their sticky toffee pudding is the best I’ve ever had. The quality and flavours exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend giving their Sunday dinners and puddings a try; you won’t be disappointed!
