We had to clear a table full of rubbish and wipe our own table before we could attempt to sit down lots of food all over the floor and two members of staff just standing behind the counter talking and not even serving it’s the worst Costa I have ever been in

Been to this Costa twice both times disappointing my coffee was cold my wife's refresher cold drink was weak dirty plates left on limited tables for the whole time we were there not going back thanks

Very weak coffee despite after trying the drink and asking for extra shot. Barista very curt and reluctant to accept not normal Costa Coffee quality

Got kicked out with my 3yr old and 11 month old because they were eating a Greggs sausage roll despite my partner being in the queue to buy us food and drinks for ourselves from Costa. New policy by a new manager apparently. My children had to eat their sausage roll in the car.

Ordered costa and cake on line. One of cakes unavailable, when we went to collect our order and questioned the missing cake, the young girl barrister abruptly said ‘there is none’. When we asked if we could have a refund, barrister replied very abruptly ‘you’ll have to go to customer services’. I know they were busy but there is no need for such rudeness!

2nd visit. Both visits as bad as each other. Dirty tables and a extemely long wait. 4 people behind the counter all as useless as each other. Cmon Costa, im a big fan but this was baaaaad.

Popped into the Costa at Next to meet my friend for a quick drink. Queue was quite long and slow despite having four people behind the counter. On standing in the queue you could see every table had rubbish and empty mugs on it, in the whole time of our stay which was about an hour in total from queue to leaving we never saw anyone clean any of the tables or take away anything so customers could sit down and it really would have taken ten mins of just cleaning, it was so bad I wanted to do it. Our table was just covered in sticky marks and food all over the floor surrounding it. Even the counters with the cakes etc were filthy. When we ordered the drinks separately, we got the same thing just in different sizes so different prices but when we sat down realised we had the exact same so either I was overcharged or she got a large one for cheap, either way it was a bit annoying so definitely check what you get given as well. It was also like sitting in a greenhouse with the glass windows which I know isn't their fault. Afraid we won't return to use this one again.

Came in today after a 13 hour night shift and thought let’s have a treat for breakfast well I wish I didn’t bother very rude staff member behide the counter no service with a smile at all and then as I sat down with my hot drink I was shocked there was no sugar I asked a lady if the sugar could be refilled for her to say we haven’t got any at all I mean it’s a coffee shop why would you not have sugar!!! Place looked dirty and I ended up walking out leaving a full cup of latte didn’t even want to complain as I felt it wouldn’t have got me anywhere don’t think I’ll be returning anytime soon shocking customer service!!

The que was long but for a Sunday it was quite busy. The drinks were smaller than what was ordered and some of the shop floor and tables were dirty and the restrooms were absolutely horrendous. The smell of human waste and toilet paper all over the floor covered in p*** and I assume s***.\\nThe toilet was so dirty I had to personally clean it, scrub it down and wipe it over with toilet paper.\\nThe sink was filthy and the mirror mucky.\\n\\nOne of the first thing a customer will notice in a dine in franchise is the condition of the restroom, because if the condition of the toilets reflects the stores lack of care then what are the conditions of the equipment that make out drinks or food?.\\n\\nGreat need for improvement.
