Ordered a create your own pizza and came with NO CHEESE who on this earth would order a pizza without cheese? Phoned up to ask them to replace it and they said no! Absolutely furious. They will never get a penny of me again ??????????

Nice people who work in here and the food is typically domino's so yeah it's ok. And if it was just because of the people who work there it would get scored higher. However. It I situated in a busy area with hotel houses etc parking was a nightmare because there are so few places the poor staff take up nearly all thosbdesignated and my car was then blocked in. And I stopped on a whim. So only had cash on me. And this particular franchisee has decided he doesn't want to take cash. Although not one sign indicating this in the shop. So all through the ordering to be told card only. Very disappointing that this particular franchisee has decided to restrict his customers in this was. Fortunately I was only round the corner from hotel and went back but I do think this is poor show

Just ordered a pizza to the wrong address and I understand this is my fault but when I phoned up I asked if the driver could come deliver it again and they said no and when I asked for a refund instead they also said no. They told me I would have to go to the shop but I can't from where I am. I even offered to tip the driver for him and he said no. Terrible customer service ?

Lost my debit card so I popped in to collect my order and pay with cash where I was met with great hostility for trying to pay with cash. useless place won't go back again cashless and incredibly rude

sent 2 wrong orders and refused to replace. spent a lot of money at Domino's Tamworth over the years. shocking customer service.

Good location to grab a pizza before catching the train. We ate inside and ordered for collection on the way there.Food was hot, easy to order and order was correct.Only downside was that there was no bin inside like usual Domino's. I asked if they were able to throw them away for us (I assumed as they were making food they might have said to leave them on the side for now) but they said there is a bin across the road. The bin wasn't recyclable and didn't fit the boxes plus it was torrential rain - over the road and back we were drenched. I think they should have a bin inside especially as there are tables and seats as well.Apart from that it was all good but that is why I dropped a star.

The best thing about domino's is there tomato sauce so it's hit and miss if you get someone who is tight with the sauce and obviously has shares in the company or a worker that does it right and spreads it everywhere like it should be. 50 50 so far...more tomato pls

The pizzas are hit and miss and, therefore, unpredictable. Disappointingly, cash isn't allowed anymore. I hope the business allows cash payments in the future
Just drove to this dominos and left without a pizza.They have a collection deal where if you buy a pizza before 5pm you can get a large for £8.99However I went and the lad said they’ve changed it to 4pm now even though the menu in front of him still said 5pm.So after trying to charge me £14 for a pizza I just left, I’m not being scammed.Also, they don’t accept cash only £10 minimum card payment. Just go somewhere else.
