Over priced, under sized cold meals, poor hygiene and average taste.....seems like many other people are having the same issues after reading the reviews.....the question is....are doing anything about thePricing, quality and hygiene ?These are the main issues for many people .... This unit won't survive unless you resolve your issues

Salty.It's expensive for what you get.Salty chips.Salty nuts.???..How they get so much salt inside a sealed peanut shell I don't know.Also, the nuts smelt a bit fusty in the basket as if a few of the shells had started to go mouldy.Did I mention the The staff are great and professional, and the service is prompt.As a disabled person, having just eat drivers filling all the disabled bays isn't optimal, causing me to struggle to get there.Downstairs is a hub of drivers sitting about waiting for deliveries.You get salty fries and extra in the bag, which may sound good, but for the price, a little cup isn't a portion, so the extra is actually extra just making it a full portion.The cup may just be to hold.all the salt to stop it getting everywhere.Parking: All disabled parking is filled by delivery drivers.

We decided we would get something to eat from here. The car park outside this place is small and can be difficult to get a space. There is parking spaces over the road at the retail park. The place seemed clean, the is some seating downstairs and some more upstairs. The place was relatively quiet and the food didn't take overly long to collect. The burger was good, as were the chips. I had a chocolate milkshake which was really good but on the pricey side. Overall this place is a nice place, the food was good. Place seemed clean

Went in and ordered food to take away. Service was very speedy and pleasant. Would recommend a visit.
Horrible never eat there again ordered all beef hotdog the bun was soggy and flat don't know what the meat was I was literally heaving on the bun and they forgot the onions just revolting go to Macdonald's better value better quality to be fair the gave me a voucher for a free burger after I wrote to them to put things right so will try again at some point if I am brave enough.

We were a family of 4, and we had a good experience at this restaurant.The taste of the fries as well as the meat in my burger were a little "bland".... it may not be as tasty as other burgers and fries which would be tastier and juicier, but I was nevertheless happy with the food and felt it was "healthier" like this.I also tried the new Pistachio Milk shake, and this was really very nice!The complimentary peanuts they offered were fresh, tasty, yet a tad too salty.Overall, Highly recommended.Keep up the good work and aim for 5*... You're almost there.

Had the cheeseburger without the bun but with all the toppings it was epic!! Freshly prepared, amazingly presented in a foil tray with knife & fork and napkins the only thing I was missing was a nice rich roast cup of coffee which went to Mcdonalds for lol otherwise 10/10Dietary restrictions: Gluten-free option is without a bun. Doesn't detract from the experience!

Took my son, as he wanted to go, the food was nice, but overpriced for a takeaway burger, chips and drink, £35 for both of us. Would rather sit in,in a proper restaurant for similar money.
