Incredibly slow service. The queue was out of the door and took me about 15 minutes to get served. There was only one person serving on the tills, despite there being at least 3 other members of staff just milling around.Also a staff member left a toastie in the oven for about 10 minutes and it filled the room with smoke and came out cremated. At least this filled my waiting time with some entertainment.The only real upside was that somehow the bakes I bought were still hot - unusual for Gregg's. Bit of a last resort option really.

Food is good (it's greggs so it usually does lol) as and when they actually have any. By 1pm the selves are empty and not much being baked.'If its not on the self we ain't got it and we won't make it' is the reply from the staff. Wasn't impressed

Outstanding service! I placed an order with Greggs (Tamworth, Ventura) for a work event and I cannot fault the service I received! Everything was ready for when I arrived and the cakes went down a treat! Shelley at Greggs was so helpful and I can’t thank her enough for how smoothly collecting my order was considering we had ordered 110 cakes! Highly recommend!!
This has to be the worst greggs in the country! ran by idiots! so so slow it’s unreal with queues stretched out into the street. Staff accepted a ‘just eat’ order knowing they hadn’t the food in store! This store is an embarrassment to the chain. Never ever in all the times visiting this store location have i had a positive experience. Avoid at all costs.

Greggs at the ricoh coventry is really nice now it's moved to bigger unit and you can eat in!Greggs Tamworth always has such a long queue and slow staff!
