UPDATED REVIEW BELOW..?Lovely place, with lovely food....only wish they had blinds to block out some of the sun when you're sitting by the windows as it blinds you and also becomes very hot.UPDATE.. Went today and thought I'd have a slice of cake...boy was I very disappointed.The cake was so dry and didn't taste Lemon at all. So the lady apologised which was great. She told my friend and me that the cake wasn't made by the ladies it was bought in...fair enough. She came over with a piece of another cake and explained that she had made this one. The cake was so moist but my friend and I pulled out 2 white hairs (my friend and I have brown hair). The lady asked how it was, and I politely told her about the 2 hairs we found. Her back was instantly up and she refused to accept they were hers and more or less accused us of putting them there ( it was the same colour hair as the ones on her head). Now a simple apology would have been acceptable but to be rude about it has now forced me to make this updated review... a shame really as I used to like going there. I will now be taking my business elsewhere which is sad because the rest of the staff are lovely.
