Went tonight and went through the drive thru with my husband. Lady on the the headset I found her to be very rude Ordered two tower box meals, wasn't offered a choice of piece of chicken or wings, was just given a piece. Didn't get a receipt so couldn't fill in survey. Ordered 4 mini fillets, rather then state they didn't have them they cut up a burger. Didn't realise this until I opened it. Was given some popcorn chicken off another staff member as went to the door as they was cleaning. No refund on the fillets which cost 6.99. Got home to find they had forgot to put sauce on the burger and the drinks was small not the normal size iv had previously. Chicken extremely dry. All of it was unedible. Unfortunately closed by the time I got home. Extremely disappointed

went to tamworth kfc after work around 9pm , went through the drive through , ordered 2 meals , went home 5 min away , the food was cold and looked like the bag had been dropped as food was everywhere , went back and said i needed proof , returned with proof then told its to late now , this place is a disgrace and will never return , kfc you are shocking .

Finished at Drayton Manor Halloween and kids wanted KFC. Went through drive through, both ordered 3 piece original meal. Got home to find 6 small chicken legs, not a single breast piece at all. Kids were Really disappointed and rightly so, the pictures on the menus NEVER show this. Very poor.
