Ordered on just eat . Me and my son are staying at Premier inn Tamworth. I got delivery as I have no transport. When my order came , 4 of the items were missing. I called the restaurant , the male I spoke to said “you need to come and get the missing items”. I explained that I had no transport and a toddler ready for bed.His reply was , “well I can’t help that” It was their error. I double checked the receipt and have been charged for full order. I requested refund for missing items. He then put phone down.I’m furious

Service was okay but they don’t fill the drinks up properly you only get half a cup of coke it stupid what’s wrong with giving the other half we do pay for it and it’s not exactly cheap for a meal

No hot chocolate again haven’t had any for a week. Shorted on my large white coffee large cup but standard amount of coffee. Ordered white coffee got black coffee which was very very bitter. It wasn’t very hot either. This not the first time either so that’s it I’m going to McDonald’s at Wilnecote from now on even if it is not on my route. They’ve never let us down

Firstly the place is so full of takeaway drivers you can hardly move, you need a separate place for this, the lad on the front, although pleasant, had absolutely no idea what he was doing, they have no hot chocolate, (waiting for a part apparently, standard answer) and no pancakes for the breakfast menu, allIn all less acceptable than the usual shower expected from this place. Unacceptable and wouldn’t be tolerated in any other business.
My partner and I went to the drive through mcdonlds by sainsburys this morning in Tamworth. We could not believe how long we had to wait. We ordered on the machines inside as the drive through was gridlocked. There were a load of delivery men waiting that seemed to be receiving their orders continuously whilst about 20 of us whom had ordered on the machines waited.. and waited. 27 minutes in the end and that was only because I went up and moaned. It was a complete shambles! When we did receive the order it wasn't correct so we had to go back and wait again!! Seems like the only way to get a maccys nowadays is unfortunately to order a delivery. Not happy customers!

I've never seen a group of people work so slow in my life. And looking like they didn't know what they were doing. There were bags of food on the counter going cold. One member of staff was asked to go on till to serve a customer and he refused.
