I ordered through the app I was missing half my order and my food was cold and inedible I rang McDonald's on Watling Street immediately and was told to come to McDonald's to pick the remainder of my order after explaining I hadn't got transport was told by the manager who refused to give me his name that basically it was tough and I had to take the matter up with uber I tried explaining that I hadn't placed the order with uber I had placed the order on the McDonald's app via McDonald's at Watlington Street so they must have made up the delivery wrong I again asked if I could take his name and was told why would I want to give you that I responded so I could speak to his managers higher up to tell them why I was angry and the response and the attitude I had received from the manager I had spent all night in the hospital with my son and after coming home we decided to have a McDonald's delivery his response to that was what your trying to gilt trip me now I have never been spoken to by anyone let alone some one who is offering a delivery service that they got wrong like that I will never use that macdonalds or any other McDonald's if that how they treat there customers so I advice anyone who is using the McDonald's app and has any issue don't bother to resolve them just throw your hard earned money down the drain

Wasn't to busy, Order was Fulfilled very quickly. Burger was an absolute mess. Patty hardly on the bun sauce n lettuce everywhere. Tasted as it should but looked apauling.Parking: Plenty of space for cars and van on company site.

Can be chaotic during the day. Traffic in about of this place is an utter nightmare. But yes food and service is above average for a McDonald's standard.Bottom line is it's a McDonald's! Gets the job done.Vegetarian options: There is mcplant? And salads?Wheelchair accessibility: Disabled buttons to hold automatic doors. And disabled toilets as usual.

Lengthy time on waiting for food within the drive-through with poor customer service. Several times, items have been missed off the order & hair found within the food. As a result of this we haven't returned back !!

Worst McDonald's I have ever been too. 3 out of 6 items always wrong. Milkshake just white fluffy stuff, no strawberry flavouring put in at all.

Last week no card machines. This morning takes 15-20 minutes to eventually tell drivers in the drive through that their system crashed and they can't take orders!! Wtf would you not say that at the start when it actually happened rather than make people late for work. This restaurant is falling apart with shoddy systems and poor maintenance. Sort it out or get out

This has to be THE WORST McDonalds restaurant ever. They get the order wrong almost everytime! Don’t bother with a delivery EVER and if you go, make sure you check the order is complete before you drive off (it won’t be)

We were driving in the area and decided to get something to eat from here. We ordered food via the app and selected the table service. The food took quite a bit of time to arrive, the place was reasonably busy. The food seemed to be typical standard and quality for the most with bits below standard. The place seemed clean. Car parking wasn't overly big so getting a space might be difficult at times.
