Had problems with these the other day, had my partner to go in for me to order a smash burger, he came back with a frozen but cooked burger with seeded bun. Never asked if I had allergies for one, I came to this place many times and ordered a burger. Always came 2x smashed burger with brioche bun but when I came in to challenge them and asked if could replace the burger with the correct one I just had an attitude from the person behind the counter witch was a Asian male, he wouldn't take it back because the packaging was opened and tored slightly, how can a company charge same price for frozen goods that was 1x frozen beef burger on a sesame bun then 2x smash burgers on a brioche bun is really a head turned. I didn't end up eating my burger, I threw it in the bin, didn't look appetising at all, ive heard many bad things about this place amd now reading the reviews im non of the less surprised, since the place has opened i never see anyone eating inside of there. Maybe they would have people inside if they was nicer and more polite and welcoming , never again for me. The reviews speak for them selfs. But yet again a poor business owner may never reply to this review or mistakes ? a 0 for me

Ordered food from here Monday found a black hair in the doner masala fries, not the first time I’ve found hair in my food from this place and deffo will not order again.

Ordered via Uber eats.. over half an hour late and received no update despite requesting this several times through the app… food eventually turned up. Instead of knocking, the driver stood at my gate screaming hello several times late at night. I was obviously annoyed by this which the driver noticed and instead of apologising she walked off down my drive slagging me off out loud!! Food was ok but almost cold, hard to enjoy after my experience.

I recently ordered from this takeaway and I was blown away by the delicious food! The delivery was quick and the packaging was secure. The portions were generous and the flavors were amazing. I highly recommend trying their phat box, you won't be disappointed! ??. Also, milkshake 10/10! Thick just way I like it :) ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I have order of these guys a couple of times food is alright but every time I have order it has never turned up on time always 30 mins plus late would love to know how it takes 1 and half hours to make a waffle and cut a piece of cake and delivery it will not be using again

Ordered from these guys months ago using JustEat and the food was amazing, however, ordered from them again tonight and the food was 2 hours late and cold. I phoned up to see where it was and the person who answered didn't seem to care and the delivery driver wouldn't stop banging my door until I opened it. Very poor service.

Omg just banging chips are not sloppy like most takeaways the chicken is melt in your mouth and the burgers are fresh fresh fresh only down side which I've spoke to the owner about is their opening times they need to open later on at least the Saturday #5

The food is actually nice and the desserts! , I usually order online and have it delivered but yesterday I went in with my friend for a milkshake! And the girl .. I wouldn't call her a lady because she's got an attitude like a girl! .. they don't close till god knows what so I don't understand why she was rushing us to order , she didn't even ask nicely and it's really unprofessional to be talking about their customers Infront of customers thinking we both deaf, we wanted to pay by card but apparently it's cash only and we're bout to order online .. all of a sudden they do card payments # unprofessional #badcustomerservice
