First time at this branch but very enjoyable. Food was delicious, service was excellent - friendly and not long wait times. We have Gold Level rewards on the app which is brilliant as it means two out of three kids end with most of their meal free.Parking: Car park wraps around the side of the building so not far to walk and step free access.Kid-friendliness: Staff were brilliant with our children. Very friendly atmosphere.

This was the first time we have visited Pizza Express and we weren't disappointed. Slight problem with my wife's pizza as they had run out of 2 of the toppings to go on it, we were informed straight away and offered alternative toppings which wasn't a problem. When our food came it was really nice, Service was great and staff all friendly.

We grabbed a meal whilst out shopping with the kids. It was expensive and there wasn't enough servers to get their attention to order drinks or pay. They were pleasant and polite and the food was nice.

Using the pizza express app, we can get pizzas, doughballs, drinks and desserts for just over £10 each, so it's incredible value too!Vegetarian options: Large vegetarian and vegan choice, and staff are amenable to topping changes to suit dietary requirements.

Service seemed slow, which was odd considering it wasn't really busy. I'd been sitting down for 10 minutes before I had to flag down a waiter for a drink. So, not the best start.Our waiter who took our food order was lovely! Really warm and smiley, although we didnt see him again.Shame as it would of changed the whole experience if we had him all the way through.A different waitress brought our food over, then a chap (the manager I presume as he was in a shirt, he had the personality of a packet of crisps) cleared our table and took our dessert order. We then had to flag a different waitress down after being sat for ages to get the bill. It felt a bit disjointed, to be honest, everyone mucking in... not a great atmosphere, the customer service wasn't friendly.The staff looked miserable.I can only guess they were short staffed?I think it's nice to have consistency and have the same serving staff all the way through, but hey ho.The food was lovely. I do have to say that.The food wasn't enough to cancel out the overall experience....especially when it's your birthday and you spend nearly £200.Would I go back. Probably not!

Overall excellent...however, slightly over £50 for 2 x cokes, 2 x dough balls and 2 x pizzas for lunch is quite expensive for us, so it may be a while before we are back.
