No gluten free cake and didn't appear to care less. Its a chain of coffee houses and you expect the same service at every one. Cappuccino not hot enough..Cup not heated or no thermometer check. Either way the whole experience was poor.

While the service was fast and the staff friendly, this place is a dump. Tables covered in filthy cups and spoons. Rubbish all over the floor. Not a place you'd want to sit and enjoy a drink.

Good coffee and cake (although I’m sure they’re getting smaller...!). Unfortunately all the tables were dirty and it was chaotic - no staff at all that I could see cleaning / clearing the tables. Looked like some staffing problems to be fair....

First off i would like to say that my name is georgia but my order was for jordan??? I let this slide as i did say it quietly. I ordered the double chocolatey chip and what i received seemed like unstirred nesquick , i have had the chocolaty chip multiple times before and to top it off when we went to go and complain about the drink i had received the unpleasant look on this lady's face was unforgiving. I usually enjoy my times at Starbucks but this visit was not a great experience. To make matters even worse than they already were my friend ordered the chocolate cream frappecino but what she later received was not this. After the long wait she got a caramel drink which we were confused about, i wouldn't recommend this because of the terrible service i have received today and i am not very happy😡😡😡😡😯

amazing coffee and cakes, i especially reccomend the cookie and cream brownie. not 5 stars as the prices are very high.

Staff were helpful, fast & efficient. Had a cold brew coffee, which was nice in a hot day. Went down very quickly! You can sit on the large benches here and look out over the ice rink.
A wonderful hiden gem. Came in late at 8pm on a saturday.

It took 3 attempts to make a coffee and it was still like warm when I gave up and just accepted it. 3 young girls left to run the place, they don't look old enough to drink coffee let alone make it.

First time visiting snow dome and decided to have a coffee break Cold coffee and place was disgusting tables dirty, rubbish on floor and sides not wiped all while 5 staff chat behind counter very poor for usually high standard coffee shop
