Easy to miss because it's set back from the road. Inside it is usually quite quiet, possible because it has a drive through but suspect the prices and the fact its set back from the road also contribute.Cafe is pleasant inside, no doubt same decor as any other othe Starbuck but it's ok and the place is clean. Staff are friendly, service could be quicker, I sense they prioritise the drive through which is a but annoyingI prefer the coffee at Starbucks to Costa but it annoys me that it is so much more expensive compared to Costa. There is a Costa with a drive thru just down the road so don't often come here.

Wow!! What can I say. Literally the worst customer service I’ve EVER received. The girl serving was absolutely vile.Pulled to to “what can I get you ?”I place order politely and with manners.For her to bark “come round”Had the card reader thrusted at me. And then she slammed the window.Few mins later window opens. Virtually threw the drink at me. And slammed the window.No thank you nothing.Absolutely vile!!

New drive thru in Tamworth. Situated on the shopping park on Ninian Way. You have access to Lidl, B&M, Travis Perkins, Greggs, Subway and KFC. Starbucks is eat with a drive thru. Lots of parking spaces, though the park does get busy. All you expect from a Starbucks.

Website states 6am open, front door states 6.30am opening. Neither were correct. Staff inside and not wanting to open the doors. Very poor.

I recently visited this Starbucks coffee shop with my daughter on a Monday afternoon. It was a welcoming atmosphere, perfect for a relaxing break. We enjoyed a delicious cappuccino and a double chocolate chip frappe. The space was spacious and tables were clean, making it an excellent place to unwind. I was pleased to see a couple of individuals working on their laptops and a friendly group of lads catching up. The staff were warm and accommodating, adding to the overall positive experience.

We use this Starbucks regularly. The staff are always friendly and polite and give great customer service. The store is kept clean and tidy, and the toilet facilities are also clean. Depending on how busy the store is, the parking can get a bit cramped, but we've never had any issues. It's got a nice outside sitting area for If the weather is nice. Inside, there are plugs and charging points if you need them for laptops.

The place has a good atmosphere and very friendly. My sisters strawberry frappe was the favourite out of both of ours. Mine however is a miss, ive been having a chai iced latte for 2 years and the one I had today was very disappointing. It come as a dark brown when it’s suppose to be a milky white colour, watching them make it they used black tea and water instead of the syrup i don’t know exactly how they make it now but I only just had one from a different location and they used the syrup
