Went for breakfast after staying at the Premier Inn and the place couldn't have been more welcoming. Gail who seated us and explained where things were showed exceptional customer service skills. Exactly as you'd like to be greeted. The chef took pride in his work and regularly checked food was hot and fresh as well as just topping it up. A stand out team of people. Very impressed and enjoyed our food.

Ordered an avocado salad with halloumi 7/12/23 which took considerable time to arrive, however when it was eventually served the avocado was overripe, brown, slimy, and completely inedible. I pointed this out to the waitress who agreed, apologised and said she would tell the chef not to serve it to anyone else. However I was shocked to still be charged £13.49 for the salad. I therefore made a complaint to Beefeater 10/12/23 (WHB-2053900-V0Q7 ) but received no response so contacted them again 18/12/23 (WHB-2063997-G0W5) but still no response. Appalling experience and non-existent customer service from a company that obviously doesn't value it's customers. AVOID EATING HERE

Really horrible. I’m very sorry to say. The toasters did not toast.Warm food was overcooked, hard. Did not taste nice.I left my food unfortunately and will have to eat elsewhere.Not good choices for dairy free. No yoghurts, only soya milk, no pastries for dairy free.Very poor I won’t returnDietary restrictions: Not much choice

Early Christmas meal, Staff were very friendly, and there was a good atmosphere, catered well for our 2 year old Grandson. Service was quite quick and the food was good, waitress Lauren was very helpful throughout our visit .

We had our first Christmas dinner out this year and chose The Ladybridge due them having the best vegan options. We really enjoyed the meal and the atmosphere was fabulous. Our waiter Olaf really looked after us and made sure we had everything we needed. The kids were given a selection box at the door and my youngest has a dairy allergy so it was great when Kelly (GM) handed her dairy free chocolate. Would highly recommend going here.

Christmas lunch with family, lovely meal considering we had vegans, vegetarians and a lactose intolerant grand daughter to cater for. All were catered for very well manager Kellie even supplying vegan chocolate and vegan ice cream for said grand daughter. Service was 10 out of 10 by Olaf who was attentive, helpful and friendly. I must also mention Josh who had been so helpful in the run up sorting dietary requirements and a table to suit 10 of us. Well done ?????

Just got back from a fabulous Christmas dinner. Very busy, but staff were amazing especially Claire. Fabulous service and wonderful food. We all really enjoyed ourselves. Thank you all.
Food was lovely, staff were very helpful and willing to do anything to make the service as good as possible. For a busy Christmas Day meal can’t complain at all!

What a lovely dinner the only reason not a 5 out of 5 was because the meal was a little slow to start,the food was lovely and hot the service was exceptional the staff performance was 10 out of 10 and I'll definitely consider re booking for Christmas Dinner well done guys and girls .... merry Christmas

The family celebrated a 50th Birthday last night. Served by Niki . She was amazing from start to finish. Highly recommend. Food was delicious. Will definitely eat here again.

The food in general was good, children's portions are quite small, especially the 2 pigs in blankets for a starter? The main festive menu was very enjoyable. Our waiter, Olaf, was very friendly, his service was like a warm hug.
