We ordered from Masala Boyz before and immediately realised it’s the best Indian food we have had ! We moved from Birmingham City centre .. and have had some good Indian ! We moved to Tamworth and decided to give it a go !!! Why can I say ! If this place was in Birmingham, no other place would compare to them ! So first thing is 1 negative, we did wait a long time past our eta time, I called and was told not long then again and told a few minutes. Maybe pause online orders while its so busy........ HOWEVER when our food arrived if was hot, huge portions, tasty and cooked to perfection! The delivery driver was very nice and apologised for the delay. We are human and understand its Christmas and its good you are very busy. It was well worth the wait though ✋ ? xxxx

Tried calling - Number not in use.Tried emailing them - nothing.Tried their FB page - nothing.Its been over an hour and half and the order is still in the "preparation stage" per their website.Accidents and isolated incidents happen.But you cannot run a delivery service *without* something as fundamentally basic as a working phone or customer contact system.(Update: The food arrived 5 minutes later.It was hot.
