Just wanted to say how rude and disgusting the staff is on the phone. I ordered one app and phoned up to ask to add something else and instead I got shouted down the phone too saying they won’t add it on as it’s too late as it’s already on the system. Disgusting customer

Amazing kebab with incredible options. The portion sizes are outstanding and the staff are polite and friendly. Any issues are quickly rectified, I refuse to go anywhere else.

I tried ordering a small 7" pizza and a small quarter pounder burger as was quoted the price of £23 , I'm not sure if I've been asleep for 20 years but at that was a price I was never going to pay & I'm sure nobody else should be wanting to pay. McDonald's is only 10 minutes away in a car & at McDonald's I doubt you could eat £23 of their food. I don't work for mc'ds but going there is a much better financial option

The portion sizes cannot be argued with, the food is yummy but in the short distance to get home, it was stone cold so it was served cold to start with.Other than that, a very good place to get alway night snack!

Food was stone cold when it FINALLY turned up! had a message to say it was on its way to wait over an hour for it to turn up called up 3 times to chase it up, (lady on the phone was very helpful no faulting her thank you.) spoke to owner who said delivery driver tried to call us for half an hour had no missed calls or any incoming calls so we knew that wasn’t true! Won’t be returning which is a real shame as we used to love the food.

Spent alot of money with this place over time and last order was £25.Received order but missing a can of coke and sent small chips not large as paid for. Called and spoke to someone who apparently didn't understand or speak English.Was told to call back later to speak to manager which I did and was told he was refusing to send coke or extra chips and no refund!I wonder how many other people this place is ripping off a quid or two as it all add up huh! Reading reviews it seems I'm not the only one this has happened too!

I felt really uncomfortable in the shop, we weren't even acknowledged when we walked in and it was 10 minutes before any one spoke to us and took our order ( we were the only ones in the shop), we was in there 45 minutes before we got our food. They was really busy and it looks like they take most of there orders over the phone or via various food apps. The was was ok and at average price for the area, there is a lot to choose from

Chicken kebab,truly awful . Rather than freshly cooked ,I believe it was precooked and reheated which resulted in it being thoroughly dry and virtually inedible . Service was good though.
