First time in using domino's , expensive prices, but thought it might be worth it, food was shocking pizza thin, which only seemed to have tomato sauce on it no toppings, where was the cheese ? Chips portion wouldn't serve one person never mind it said for two people, what a joke, delivery excellent, we will never buy here

Wouldn’t even give it one star. Staff got the order wrong which I could’ve accepted, but when we phoned up they had horrible attitude. Even the dominos main customer service have been useless.

Placed my order and selected a time for collection, but wasn't ready for collection when I arrived. Had to wait 30minutes past the collection time. Customer service was a let down due to lack of communication.

50 minutes after ordering a pizza which was predicted to take up to 35 minutes by the app, I phoned and enquired as to the pizzas’ whereabouts. I was told they were soon on their way. Indeed they were- after another ten minutes but they arrived stone cold. I suspect our pizzas were made and forgotten about, then quickly brought to us after we enquired. Disappointing after a day of driving for 7 hours and simply wanted fast and easy food before going to bed. Wouldn’t recommend

I've used Beccles Dominos a few times, ordering mostly via the app and having it delivered.Apart from it being more on the pricey side, I've never had an issue. Food is always piping hot, and delivered exactly when estimated.Only giving a 4* because of pricing, as, even with the deals, it still works out incredibly expensive.
