We ate here last week, the regular menu was ok as was the food , nothing special, however the gluten free starter and main were unbelievably bad ! The starter a gluten free flat sharing flat bread with caramelised onion & mozzarella £7.50 was smaller than the side plate it was served on ! Then the gluten free pizza had minimal tomato base added with a tiny sprinkle of mozzarella & 4 pieces of chicken ! & was not cooked through , completely inedible! We will not be back !

Ordered off the gluten-free menu. Pizza was the worst I've ever had anywhere, undercooked, minimal tomato sauce, very sparse scattering of mozzarella, absolutely tasteless. If you're a coeliac, don't even bother.

Went last night with my friend. The staff were really nice and the food was pretty good I was a bit surprised at how small the ‘large’ vegan pizza was but otherwise it was great. The building is lovely but was a bit cold last night but it’s an old cinema and an old building so understandable.

This was very average, sadly. Prezzo is usually pretty consistent but whilst this building is spectacular, the food wasn’t. The children’s hummus and veg dips was quite literally 4 slices of cucumber and a few random slices of mismatches pepper. The children’s garlic bread was undercooked too. The pizzas were all very anaemic looking and seemed very undercooked, not very hot. The bases for example were still quite “doughy”. Meal was £24 a head basically and I think for that I’d expect better, especially a chain. I won’t be in a hurry to go back. Building was freezing too, the girls all kept their coats on.

I visited Prezzo because they have separate gluten and vegan menus, which is great! For starters I had the tomato & pesto bruschetta DF & GF, which was really tasty. Lots of herbs & crispy bread.For main I had vegan Gluten free chicken & pepper pizza. The pizza base was nice and crispy. There was not enough topping on the pizza so it was basically just tomato paste (too much) and crust. The vegan chicken was hard & crispy. It would have been better shredded. This cost £15.50 so I was disappointed. The dessert choice for vegan and GF is only sorbet which is pretty boring.Please add more topping to your pizzas prezzo.Kid-friendliness: Staff are welcoming to children. Activity sheet & crayons on the childrens menu. £7.95 for 3 course which is brilliant.

A relaxed atmosphere and good vibe (despite being very busy) created by Jake and his co-manager both of whom are friendly, funny and attentive. Diners are asked if they have any food intolerances as they are shown to a table. Tasty, well-presented food from varied menu, with staff checking in regularly in an unobtrusive fashion to see if you have everything you want. Excellent coffee (make or break for me) to round off an enjoyable couple of hours on a Sunday evening. New management a plus for both Beccles and Prezzo. Good luck to the team.

On arrival we were expecting the same good service we had four years ago, but sadly it didn’t come.I waited to be seated, I ordered a glass of wine topped with lemonade, when it came I asked if it had lemonade in it and was told yes, it didn’t !!My husband ordered Orange and lemonade and got a glass of orange juice.For our meal I ordered pumpkin ravioli it was very disappointing it was like a tasteless purée inside uncooked past, my meal was very dry, bland, sad really as pumpkin is an awesome vegetable and has a great taste to it this ravioli was awful. The good thing about it was the mushrooms they were great.Our garlic bread with mozzarella was dry and no garlic taste. In fact it was a dusty piece.My husbands macaroni cheese was great.We weren’t offered water for the table or asked if our meal was ok, no one came to see if we needed Another drink or anything else. We were sat waiting for 40 minutes as staff passed by busy with other customers. We heard a family next to us complain about how dry there food was and had to wait while a sauce was made for itI had to get the attention of a staff member, when she asked how she could help I asked for the dessert menu and she said she’d be back, I asked for water a coffee and our deserts. The waitress was quite happy complaining she had been on her feet all day and she wanted to go home. We asked for the bill and a tray with the receipt came, we put our cash on it and was told sorry we don’t take cash. Couldn’t wait to leave, no cash tip given just advice to treat all customers equally and if a customer tells you their food is dry ….. remember a customer is always tight.Vegetarian options: BasicParking: Outside is double yellows we mentioned it to a staff member who said we should park near the lifo centre as that’s where she lives and the walk will do us good !Dietary restrictions: There were none maybe a couple vegetarian options but no lactose diabetic
