Visited this restaurant on a number of occasions last week. A slow start to our afternoon tea resulted in complimentary drinks, which was completely unexpected and showed their commitment to wonderful customer service. My birthday visit to Cafe Rouge then got even better with a free slice of cheesecake, which again took us by surprise. The afternoon tea was delicious and came with unlimited hot drinks if required. We left completely satisfied with our first visit of the week but returned on several more occasions for the same excellent service and fabulous food.

The highlight of our evening was Aleesha our waitress. Nothing was too much trouble for her and she has excellent interpersonal skills.Well done Aleesha.The score for the atmosphere probably reflects that we ate at 16.40 and we were the only people in the restaurant for the majority of the time.

Tracy’s service was fantastic, the best we’ve had at center parcs. Tracy was helpful, attentive and clearly understands what it’s like to have dinner out with young children, which was invaluable. We really enjoyed our meal.

Popped in for lunch while at Centerparcs...and found Cafe Rouge to be our best dining experience of the weekend (compared to Hucks, Las Iguanas, Sports Cafe and Foresters Inn). Good quality food and service...

Located within Center Parcs so expected to pay more. Food was fine and service was excellent too but the dishes are not worth the money. Overall it was a good atmosphere, good service and the food was fine just expensive.

9 adults came to eat 11/12/23 after a spa day which was amazing . We arrived at Cafe Rouge before 6pm, we waited an hour for starters, over 2 hours for mains . No explanation . The food was awful, not one person enjoyed their meal . One steak was cooked rare and was still as tough as leather !Very very disappointing couldn’t wait to get out of there and go home !
