Cafe is short staffed at one end while 5 people serving at the other counter. Drinks are horrible and hot chocolate is mostly water. Do not touch the albino sausage rolls!!!!. Don’t know what the meat is (if it is meat) but they are truly horrible, very disappointing.

Cappuccino was good. Millionaires shortbread was old, dry and I was given an end piece that was so obviously smaller than the normal size that I felt ripped off. I only noticed that when I reached my table outside so I decided not to go back.None of the staff treated customers in a friendly, welcoming way. It was irritating to see how they behaved behind the counter. No interest in the customer, not polite and close to rude sometimes even (without actually being rude).An experience one likes to forget.

Nice cafe restaurant with a great range of sandwiches and hot food. Excellent choices for both adult and child palates.Set in the glorious surroundings of Thetford forest with beautiful woodland walks and all sorts of adventures just outside the door.

Wow, £13 for 2 sausage rolls and 2 tiny coffee's.Seriously overpriced, they need to be wearing a balaclava while serving customers because they sure are robbing them.And then pay with a £20 to be told the don't have change for that size of note. For the prices they charge the need chamge for a £50 not a 20.If you want your pants pulled down the cafe at high lodge will definitely accommodate you.

Friendly and efficient service. Lovely environment kept very clean. Food was tasty. We had wrap of the day with one bowl of chips. The sausage roll was dry and had been in the oven for a while. I was shocked with the cost (nearly £30) including two drinks. Worth a visit but expect to pay £££ P.S. a babycinno should be free!Parking: A premium that should be free £15 for 4 hours. £9 for 3.

Great stop here at the end of our walk grabbed a wrap and some pastry bits everything was very delicious it is on the tad expensive side but that's expected on cafes in similar locations.The service here was really lovely and everyone was super friendlyTo be honest I was a bit let down with the coffee which was not great but everything else was so maybe stick to the soft drinks!

Service was lovely! But unfortunately the food we had (a pasty and a cheese and onion bake) has clearly been under the heat lamp for the entire day as they were hard, dried out and hard to eat.Coffee was nice though

Had a lovely morning visiting on a sunny February morning
Great riding or walking throughout the huge forest and lovely trails. Except somebody has made a decision to use small boulders to resurface many of the paths causing twisted ankles for walkers and terror for bike riders. What wee they thinking using stones more fit for repairing railways? It really feels like riding a bike on a pebble beach!

A reasonable range of snacks and drinks. However the only beer they have stocked is Busweiser, which almost no one likes. Why not have a normal European beer? I was give a slice of pepperoni pizza with 1 piece of pepperoni on it. Some vegan options are available. Service is friendly.

Service was OK but slow and ice creams were really nice.Food all seemed very expensive and no healthy options available all pizza, pasta or sandwiches (too many carbs ???)

Had such a lovely day here today. Wanted to say how amazing the guy running the trampoline activity was. We went on at the end of the day (5ish) and he was so amazing with the children. My 3 year old would usually get funny with someone else strapping her into the harness etc but he was so good with the children that she was as happy as anything. Definitely stood out as a fab member of staff that you have!
