Food is decent customer service awful, Ordered a takeaway which arrived with items missing. Rang up and while they couldn't provide us with the items we already paid for via Just eat, they did promise on the next order they would do so with another item free of charge. Subsequently rang up only to be told the person who we complained to no longer works their despite it being little more than a week later and they would not doing anything for us. Shut us down straight away and made no attempt to find out from anyone else if they could do something for us. No respect.

I get takeout from here once or twice a month and make great food every time I tend to buy the noodle box C combo box which is greater value for money.

Used to be my favourite Chinese takeaway in Brandon, but prawnballs over done, sweet and sour sauce cold in a tiny pot. It's busy but I would not recommend

I recently got an order from King's Garden as a change from the usual Chinese cuisine vinue I use locally. The fried rice was okay, but a little on the plain side but the mains (Garlic King Prawns, and Tofu with Ginger) were superb. The mini spring rolls were good as well, and a slightly more generous serving than the other venue. The order was ade as a delivery, and it was on time and still piping hot. Well done.

Ordered to Thetford, food was hot and absolutely amazing! I was a little hesitant to pay £6 delivery but I will definitely do so again.The spring rolls are devine ( not greasy) the satay prawns are delicious, as was the rice, starter and sides.The meat and fish were tender and all the ingredients tasted fresh and clean (not like when you order a take away and you get luminous greasy sludge)I will definitely order from here again...you have a new regular customer, thank you for a delicious, great value evening in ??

Comparably expencive place, booked my food online and been told to come and collect it in 20mins. Came 25 mins later and still had to wait for 10 mins... wasting time. And time is money.

I use to get my takeaway from another chinese but stopped using them and will be using this one in future, i ordered online very easy , got a email to tell me what time to expect it easy.. Food delivered on time easy.. Food was hot and tasty and plenty of it, i live about 3 miles away and was charged 2.50 for delivery which is fantastic, think there was another 25p for service but with lovely food like this you don't mind paying that charge.Highly recommended

Absolutely joke of a company, very rude and nasty old women on the phone, told us our food would be an hour, waited hour and half to ring up and say it’s sat on the side and will be another 20 minutes. People like that can ruin a business’s reputation

I regularly order from here when we fancy a take away. The food is delicious! They have an expansive menu which, if required, they will 'tweak' to your requirements. The staff are all really pleasant and helpful, from the people in the shop to the delivery drivers.

Lovely food and friendly helpful staff. Really enjoyed the Pad Thai noodle box and mixed starters. Only gripe would be that there was no satay sauce to dip the chicken skewers in with the mixed starter. Other than that it was a scrummy feast :))

After a very poor meal delivered by Kings Garden Brandon last night, (I tried to call and the line was constantly engaged) after I had served up our meal .. The meal was literally swimming in greese had no taste and my first mouthful of duck was grissle ! We threw what was on our plates in the bin and I proceeded to send them a message very politely saying that I was very unimpressed and that they could collect the meal and I thought it would be a kind gesture if they refunded half my money. For 3 of us the meal came to £46 which I have since been told has drastically gone up due to Corona! Today I have recieved a message from someone that works there saying they have spoken to the owner and there is nothing they can do ! And basically said because I didnt get through on the phone I couldn't have tried hard enough to do so to sort problem . I am speechless to say the least and I also know from fb last night that there was other people who also had a bad experience .. You know what I will never return, I will never recomend this business again, and I hope no one else wastes their money at this time. A very poor show kings garden Brandon !
