Nice peaceful campsite amongst old trees or in open meadow. Thanks to Ross for finding a spot for us with the ground being quite wet, really helpful and accommodating.Basic facilities with what looked like a refurbed shower block, ehu and picnic benches around the site.We paid £23 with ehu and showers were extra. Such a shame we couldn't stay for another few days just chilling out.

Had a love stay in my Campervan at Brighthouse Farm. the hosts Ross and Odell were lovely and friendly and showed us where everything was upon arrival. The toilet and shower block were lovely and clean. Beautiful location to explore Suffolk or simply just to stay on site and chill. Lots of wildlife to spot too!

Was camping. Nice grounds for setting up your tent/caravan it's pretty nice and peaceful with beautiful old trees surrounding the area. You're pass through what looks like a old disused farm to get into the park, not a problem for me. Lots of shower rooms all pretty nice. The toilet block could do with a refurbished and also the washing up room, only two sinks had a que fairly quick at times. Freezer was available for your ice packs here as well.Recommended.

Had a great weekend break at the brighthouse farm. Me and my family (with my dog) went camping and it was absolutely amazing! The campsite is extremely clean, is very stunning and the shower/toilet blocks were perfect and there are no complaints there.I highly recommend staying here however make sure you bring things with you as there is no shop nearby as me and my family walked to one that was sign posted but had closed years ago. It is a fair 30 minute walk to the nearest pub (the swan) and it was totally worth it.I highly recommend the stay here and it is perfect for all ages!?Walkability: There are pubs within walking distance, however anything else is driving distance unless you are keen on walking about an hour+ to other service like the nearest cafe, shop etc.

What a lovely secret gem, Bright House farm is! We had a lovely 4 night stay camping with our son and dog. The owners, Ross and Odell are fantastic. (And Spice!) Very friendly and accommodating. They always stop by to say hi, and check everything is ok, even after a day of heavy rain! The campsite is beautiful! Well maintained and clean. There is a lot of love and care that has gone into making the site as lovely as it is. The farm aspect is a lovely added extra. It adds a rustic feel, which we love. Lovely walks to the local pub. We loved how relaxed the campsite felt, and that our son and dog could wonder about and not be an annoyance to any one else. The showers were hot and powerful and did the job! They were checked daily and there was always a fresh supply of toilet rolls and clean water in the mop buckets, too clean the showers after use with. The only very small thing we would say is, that the bin area was over flowing, so mabe an extra bin is needed? But that is a minor point and did not affect our stay at all. Bright House is one of the best campsite we have stayed at. We had a brilliant stay and will definitely be back at some point, may even have to try the b&b next time I'm visiting family in Bury St Edmunds!. Thank you!

Had a wonderful stay at Brighthouse Farm campsite recently. We were after a campsite who would be able to host a large number of pitches in one area for a family camp for 50th birthdays. From initial phone call months before to when we left Ross and Odell were so accommodating and made us feel so welcomed. We were able to have the large field and put our tents / campers where we wanted and extra gazebos up. The showers and toilets were very clean and plenty of them. Although we didn't explore off site it is a easy drive to the nearest towns and a walk to the local village. Beautiful surroundings and a brilliant place to camp - so much so we are booking again for next year all of us.

Picked up a caravan yesterday from a friend of ours and spent our first night as caravaners at this place. Absolutely loved it! Great facilities, showers and toilets were a must as our water wasn’t working or set up properly.Beautiful views and peaceful atmosphere. Will definitely return!

Definitely one of the nicest campsites in Suffolk. It’s in one of the most beautiful areas of the county, with so much wildlife around - the walking and cycling routes are excellent with spectacular views. The owners are lovely, it’s just such a relaxing place we can’t wait for our next visit!

Have just spent a great long weekend camping at this site. Not regimented you are shown a few pitches by the owners Odell & Ross, and basically you choose the one you want. You can really see the love that has been put into this place. Odell is very accommodating. You do not have a check-in or check-out time, we let Odell & Ross know out of courtesy when we were leaving.Pitches are brilliant and have electric or not whatever takes your fancy. Showers are lovely and clean. They run on tokens which are £1.50 each. Extra toilets also. Washing up area with plenty of room. The site as a whole was very clean and extremely quiet, a great place to relax.Just one point to note, when travelling down the lane to the site look out for the sign which is in my pictures, that is where you turn into the farm.Again, would definitely recommend this place for peace and quiet. Not far from Long Melford, Lavenham, Sudbury and Bury St. Edmunds.Thankyou Odell,Ross and family, for a lovely weekend, we will definitely be back!!!
