After reading some reviews I want to make one myself. I think the staff are friendly and work effectively. My order is never wrong and always comes out fresh and hot. I’ve never had to wait over 10 mins unlike other fast food. Very clean and in regards to not wearing gloves it’s actually more hygienic to regularly wash your hands. Brilliant fast food restaurant, it’s one of my favourites

Service was really slow and staff did not seem happy at all. It was sad to see. Cleanliness looked to be a bit of an issue, this may have been due to staff levels as seemed understaffed.Food was mediocre.Disappointing visit over all.

I prefer BK to any other takeaway, but the service is the worst you will find anywhere. I just got served by a lady that rolled her eyes and shook her head when I started talking to place my order. I did interrupt her and a colleague that was too busy to acknowledge me. (The customer that pays her wages). I have been in this industry for 30 yearsI will definitely not be back

The food here is decent, I think that you pay for the quality of what you get. My favourite item on the menu is the Whopper burger but unfortunately it is quite expensive. The Whopper burger is a nice big juicy burger that you can customise to your heart's extent, the fries are very nice and very salty but you do not get many of them. If I was going to improve something it is that the workers are not very happy and they come across as if they don't want you to be there which obviously is not good for the atmosphere and makes ordering quite awkward.

After visiting for the first time in 2 years, it seems this BK joint has gotten far better in terms of management, which after speaking to the Assistant Manager, there seems to have been a change in management in the last few months.Staff seem more motivated to say the least, and the value of the meals seems to align a lot better with the quality of goods and service providedOverall can’t fault what they’re doing and will return when I’m next in the area

Thought I’d treat my daughter for lunch. I stood at the counter for nearly 10 minutes with 6 staff the other side ‘looking busy’ then one by one disappeared behind to the kitchen another suddenly realised it was his break time. They all saw me and pretended not to. They had to be prompted to take my order then I heard a couple of members of staff in the back moaning as it was suddenly getting busy now ? as people began to queue behind me. The floor in front of the service counter was sticky and dirty not to mention the bins were full so we were not able to clear our table when we left so there were a number of tables left dirty because customers could not clean their trays. Really disappointed with this Burger King, usually get good service from most outlets but this is one I’ll give a miss in future as I did not feel they wanted my custom. I see why McDonalds in Bury was heaving!

I absolutely loved the Chicken Royal and Chilli Cheese bites .. just unfortunate that the Just eat drivers like pinching some of the food but at least the kind staff in Bury St Edmunds happily replaced it and gave us free whopper with no complaints or extra fees
The food was cold and wrong. The restaurant was freezing it would have been warmer to eat outside. With the prices they charge they could put the heating on.

Slowest service ever.Food missed off order had to go back. New staff again who haven't been trained. Management really needs to get some incentives to keep the staff & train them well with a routine of how to work effectively.Oh and health & hygiene was terrible

Cold food, not very nice, slow service and people who work there just don’t care, women coming to the till and taking a phone call, and constantly on phone, love Burger King but this one isn’t it, it always being empty was the biggest red flagParking: Two parking spaces?that’s it rubbish
