Great customer service. Spilt my tray of drinks and made a massive mess. They came to check we were okay, made us new drinks and tidied up the whole thing whilst being very nice about it.

Stopped here for a quick coffee in part to use the toilets - wished I had gone any where else. I have rarely seen such filthy loos in a cafe, including a wet sticky floor (there seemed to be a leaking pipe?). The cafe itself was dirty with old stained chairs and tables that looked as if they were never wiped down. Yes the staff are very nice but I wouldn’t want to eat here.

If you like your cappuccino coffee ☕ bitter this is the place for you, but the flat white on the other hand was one of the best I've had... the muffin was spot on too.. no real atmosphere but just enjoy whatever you've ordered and then just move on.

Lovely place for Coffee but Toilet facilities let it down ..only one Loo!

Good staff, the store could do with an overhaul. A lot of the seating needs to be refreshed. Hours are changing in coming weeks, unfortunately.

Good coffee and cake. Had a vegan veggie roll and coffee with my daughter and youngest granddaughter today. Good food, coffee and company.

Yes ! Oh yes! .... just can’t get enough of the smell of wet dog in the morning!Unfortunately despite the good coffee this branch in particular has become a drop in kennel....and I am a dog owner.....surely hygiene must be a priority!

Tricky this one. I know that there are plenty of dog lovers out there but I'm not one. And having stinking dogs around food preparation and serving is just gross. I'm sure dog lovers think this place is great. But if you a) don't like dogs, b) don't like the smell of dogs, or c) think that did hygiene is important then give this place a miss.

Had some food and drinks here today, food was good including the sandwich I had. Other than that was on soft drinks, so can't really speak about the coffee. Staff seemed friendly.Parking: No park at the shop itself but Angel Hill car park and others are nearby.Wheelchair accessibility: Should be easily accessible by wheelchair as it's all on the ground floor with no steps.

Good coffee shop with a range of cakes and other snacks, only small niggle one loo for men women and disabled .

Tempted inside on a hot day by a board promoting Créme Frappé or Frappé Créme whatever. Either way it is supposed to be iced espresso with caramel. What a disappointment! The caramel seemed to off somewhere on its holidays, certainly not noticeable in the glass. It looked nothing like the picture on the board outside. If it had I would not have had one.Inside the place is tired and in need of refurbishment, to be honest its all rather down at heel. The staff were there, neither unpleasant nor pleasant, just going through the motions.Definitely at the lower end of the coffee shop range.

So here is the thing ... cafe Nero makes the perfect American every time wherever you go. That's important of you srink your regular americano without milk like me. And a order thing ... order a vegan sausage roll and they don't just zapp it in the microwave .. no ... they make it crisp in the toasters well. Other café s could learn from Nero, I try Costa, Starbucks but they regularly disappoint. Nero in the buttermarket Bury st Edmunds care... thanks guys.
