Tables not cleared very quickly because not enough staff. big queue in shop staff having to prepare delivroo orders etc as well as normal orders no extra staff not great to be honest first time in this Costa so don't know if always like this

The coffee was about as good as you’d expect, but the problem was that my mug doesn’t seem to have been properly cleaned before it was given to me (see photo of the side of the mug).

Love Costa! The team are always so welcoming and tolerable of my 6 year old exuberant little boy. Massive shout out to Suzie, Faith and Happy they always make us smile. Coffee is pretty good too.

Definitely try fruit infusion it’s great and needs to be tried especially if your solo as I am but 100# recommend it

Ok but nothing great. Understaffed on a busy day and the coffee (double espresso) was average at best. Good location however.
I'm quite the regular and the pleasant staff are always happy to help, smiley faces no matter how busy they are! Service is great and the coffee is even better.

Went in for a coffee & cake, the place was a bit untidy with tables needing cleared. The staff were friendly and efficient in serving. Coffees were good and cake were ok, but a bit dry.
