“We used to frequent Pizza Express when my children were young, and we always loved it. As they got older and went off to university, we didn't find time to go.
A couple of weeks ago we re-discovered it with my son, and then went back there today for my birthday. We had a wonderful time! Vicky, our server, was just awesome. I explained to her that I'm deaf, and she was fab - speaking clearly, always checking with me, standing so I could see what she was saying, offering to help out in any way. And after our meal she brought over a delicious sorbet with a candle in and Happy Birthday written on the plate - no one in our party knew she was going to do this and I so appreciate it! Thank you, Vicky.
Highly recommend Pizza Express Bury St Edmund's - the Vegan menu was a huge plus for us and we will be back regularly ?”
