“It was my first time in Bury and I fancied sushi so this was a clear frontrunner. The sushi was good - not the best sushi I have had, but still good. The inari tasted great but couldve been filled a little more with rice, and the yellowtail was good but I've had better - it wasn't super buttery like other yellowtail I have had. The miso soup was good, the cucumber maki was nice, but the real star of the show was that Eel. It was cooked perfectly; it melted in your mouth and the Unagi sauce on top was rich, sweet, and stuck to the eel and the rice - it was delicious! Truly truly the best eel I have had! I lowkey loved the metal water cup, it was giving prison but kept the water cold and crisp?
My friend had the grilled chicken with chips and unfortunately she found it to be really dry and a bit pink - she has woken up with a bad stomach today so maybe be cautious of the chicken, but she said it did taste good. She loved her strawberry milk boba tea though.”
