PLEASE BE AWARE this has got to be the worst McDonalds in England for home delivery 99 out of 100 times they get the order Wrong they have a system where they check each order with a print out of what is ment to be in that order and still get it Wrong i think someone needs to retrain not only the servers but Mangement to we can not keep claiming refunds when its not the delivery companies fault if i could have given zero stars i would

Okay food. Sometimes there is hair in the food, sometimes there isn't. Food normally comes quickly which is good, however fries are normally slightly warm at best. It's cheap food made by teens so not surprised.

Was ok in here, don't normally eat McDonald's, but my friend wanted to have lunch here. Coffee machine was broken so couldn't have a much needed coffee, very busy for a Wednesday lunch time. Had a Mc chicken sandwich, was ok.

This McDonald's in Bury St Edmunds, surprised me not in the best way.Im attaching a picture of Big Macs we received, and even tables around us received same qnd sent them back.Im surprised it was so overcrowded, I guess its due to visiting on Saturday.
Just what we ordered in good time, in a clean restaurant- thank you.

Best chips I've ever had a McDonald's, i don't know the name of the brown haired guy on chips, but he really knew what he was doing, the chips were hot fresh and evenly salted.Regarding everything else it was what you'd expect from a Maccies, random guy singing loudly on the table next to us, average food and indifferent staff.Every chip was devoured.Parking: make this place a drive thru
