Just tried Rustico new menu! Starter: Bruschetta with Aspargus and egg. Main course: Seafood Tonnarelli (very mild spice) ?. I highly recommend trying them. Washed it down nicely with a glass of white wine.Parking: Park at Wilco, less than <1 min walk from parking lot.

Fantastic meal this evening, the ravioli was to die for, the white wine was equisite, the service was excellent. I cannot wait to return.Vegetarian options: The vegetarian antipasti is excellent.

Could not be more pleased with our dinner tonight. The man who served us was, we'll he just got it. He was welcoming, not, not intrusive. Spent time finding the right wine for my wife and he appeared to take pride in his customer service. He is a credit to the resturant The wine was good, the food was quality, pizza was light base and Full of flavour, we both agreed easily the best in Bury. SSuch a nice atmosphere on a Tuesday night was unexpected. Will look forward to the next time.

An excellent family run restaurant in Bury St Edmunds. Always a friendly and warm reception and a comfortable and relaxing dining area. The menu is authentic, varied and caters for a range of tastes and any special requirements. The food is delicious and expertly cooked and presented. I can fully recommend Rustico, you don't be disappointed.

Came here a few months ago and it was nice, not this time. Extremely overpriced for what it is. It’s more expensive than London but a fraction of the quality of most places.A burrata served with sad, flavourless, pale tomatoes that no respectable Italian would eat. No cilegia or san marzano here, just a cheap bag from Tesco.Pizza was undercooked and my friend’s king prawn starter was deep fried despite still being in it’s shell. We will not return.

First time here couple of weeks ago and have to say how impressed as its a little taste of Iraly and a a real gem. Staff extremely polite and attentive and food and flavours top notch. Will be returning very soon.

Rustico had been recommended to us , so we thought we'd try it for Valentine's day..Whilst the meal was not unpleasant it didn't quite meet the standard we had expected. Starter was ok, but felt the waiter was almost hovering to take the plates , when I was still finishing. He went and came back a bit later, but I think the main courses were ready and waiting so it felt a little rushed. We felt the ossobucco was a little bland, and the saffron risotto was pretty average.Tiramisu was fine for dessert.Prices have all gone up of course but £92 seemed a bit over the odds.

A real gem of a restaurant: delicious fresh, home made food, lovely staff and reasonable prices. We have eaten here a couple of times now early evening and both times it has had a nice buzz with plenty of customers - obviously popular for pre-show meals so I would book ahead just in case...highly recommended!

Gorgeous muscles and veal, prosciutto and pasta were incredible, atmosphere was beautiful and we unfortunately didn’t catch the servers name but she had pink hair and was absolutely stupendous!!! Brilliant service with wonderful cocktails, developed by said server!! Someone give that girl a raise!!! 10/10 experience will be making it at least a monthly tradition:)
