We visited, not for shopping but to eat in the cafe. The prices were very reasonable, the food was nice, the staff were cheerful, friendly and helpful. Some of the cutlery was not perfectly cleaned and the trays were a bit wet, but these things were not enough to put us off and we would happily return if visiting the area again.

Went in yesterday as I do most days . No small trolleys at all . I helped an old lady by getting one from car park. I told the lady who looked like she was in charge with a headpiece and on customer service till . She was rude and didn’t apologise for lack of trolleys just made me feel bad for mentioning!Overall it’s not my favourite store but most convenient. It’s always freezing and a lot of the staff need educating in manners

Cancels online orders last minute with no explanation and tells me to wait 3-5 business days for a refund on a Friday night. Useless customer service support. If I could put 0 stars I would have done.

Well stocked shelves probably because for some reason everything is more expensive here for a barely negligible quality variance when compared to stores like Tesco or Asda. The layout of the store is also baffling, why is the food on the go (sandwich meal deal) the stuff that working people need to pop in and grab quickly on a lunch break at the centre back of the store and surrounded by stock? 3 people in this area and it looks packed.Self-service tills seem to be barely staffed at any point or one staff member spread across the whole section usually stuck at the self scan and go contraptions helping someone who clearly doesn't know what they are doing.... So when you have a red light and need assistance get ready to wait a good 5 minutes, but that's ok because it probably took you 15 minutes to find the lunch you wanted and by the time you get back to your vehicle you should have a good 5 minutes to guzzle it all down and get indigestion for the next 3 hours.

The store is always well stocked and the staff are very friendly, everything is on the same level, available for cooked and cold foods, I recommend the freshly made cooked chicken, it also has a cafe with plenty of choice for all ages

The lights are dim, the temperature is freezing, the scales don't work, the WiFi needs a text code but there is no mobile signal (to get Nectar)! Empty shelves too. Worst Sainsbury's I've been to!
