Meg & Dorothy were super helpful today. We came in for my son's birthday, as he requested a special drink. These ladies did not disappoint and made his day, making him a sweet hot drink with cream and sprinkles!The staff were polite and friendly and didn't rush me along even though they were busy.Thank you, ladies5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Went in. No queue, no one waiting for coffee. Place was grubby. There were FIVE members of staff all hanging around the same area talking about a film. They didn't acknowledge my presence or take my order. I waited patiently but they just carried on chatting and chatting and chatting. In the end I walked out and took my business to another cafe and I suggest you do the same. It can only be down to BAD management and people not caring about their job.

Everytime we head out on a trip we talk about popping in to the drive in and we say maybe it’s improved but alas. I don’t understand how they just can’t run it? 15 mins sitting in the drive in from order to getting our coffee and toasties. It’s ridiculous. Then they get it wrong. No chocolate in the mocha, forgot a toastie. Please please bring Costa drive in to bury!!

What a dump! Dark, dirty and dingy, Staff just look fed up! It's expensive! and now they refuse to take cash. Thought Starbucks weren't going cashless, my mistake. As there is no signs stating this it makes for an awkward moment, adding to an already unpleasant visit.Keep up the great work guys ?
Everything is amazing, service is fast, there's lots of space to sit and drink/eat. Very nice staff and very helpful

Plenty of space to enjoy my White chocolate mocha and four cheese toastie!! Great barista,coffee presented excellently and toastie was delicious!! Very nice,friendly staff and quick service!! Coffee was hot also,some other places have been to it was only warm!! Thank you!!

It’s very dirty. The dirties Starbucks I’ve ever been in and I’ve been in many worldwide. They also won’t answer the phone. We’ve lost a phone and it’s possible there. We are in another town and they won’t answer the phone to see if it’s there.
