check the bags before u leave,They can forget also ı ve ordered 2*nacho chicken 6pc for side its should be two different box thats why ı paid more but they put in a one box and totally 11pc not even 12,Why ı paid more then ? ridiculuos

Changed plenty in recent times due to better management. Definitely recommend visiting if you haven't already. Nice fresh ingredients and polite and friendly service

Today I made a order through just eat, and they did not deliver our order, we waited over an 1 hour and a half still no show so I called parkway sub way up and the TOP GUYS, JAMES, and PETER kindly remade mine and my wife’s order free of charge. These 2 guys should be the face of subway as iv never received such great customer service and care in my life.Much thanks James, and Peter the SUBWAY BROTHERS!Vegetarian options: Vegan plant patty

The manager of this subway is just absolutely fantastic! My boyfriend and I went in there for lunch and both of us agreed that it was the best customer experience we’ve ever had at a subway. He’s got a great attitude, he’s really passionate and just so so friendly. He also made a fantastic sub that we both loved!

Great customer service! Ordered a new Tuna & Egg salad box from the set menu range, apparently the first time that this had been made by the team member. Tasted great and service was excellent. Well done team Subway Bury St Edmunds!

Absolutely shocking, ordered food from JustEat. And the order came completely incorrect and items weren't sent which were paid for. Still not heard back from JustEat either regarding it after trying to contact them like advised by Subway. Absolutely awful experience and will not be purchasing from here ever again!
