Went to the golden house before, and the food was ok. So me and my wife thought we'd try this one, and despite the similar prices, the food was far better. There food was very hot still, and very flavourful and the chicken wasn't dry and bland compared to the other takeaway. The food actually arrived early and they gave us some free prawn crackers and drinks. :)

Very overpriced for the quality of the food. We ordered a number of dishes, most had hardly any meat in, the boxes were packed out with vegetables. When we did find a piece it was tiny, low quality (stringy and tasteless). The delivery was fast, ordering online was good and arrived hot.

Really disappointed to bite into my spring roll and find plastic in my food! Not a tiny piece either that I almost swolled!When I called the restaurant they didn’t seem overly bothered and only offered to refund my spring rolls had to push for a full refund!

Ordered last night for the first time. Big order over £60. Came on time which was brilliant for a Saturday night. Most dishes good except char sieu pork, not like ever had before in 40 years + chicken curry which is my favourite was also not good, very powdery tasting. Would order again but with a few changes. King prawn dish excellent which is normally the bad one. See you soon.

Odd place. Everyone raves about it but naff. Some of the food was good but most rubbish. Chow mein was excellent, is my favourite dish but ends there. Chicken balls were inedible, I think the chicken was off as the meat tasted so bad, even if it wasn’t most were soaked in oil and so pale the batter was barely cooked. Tiny sliver of meat in my black bean sauce, all green pepper. How do you burn prawn crackers? All dark brown and dripping in fat, just bin them don’t serve them, the dog actually turned nose up at them.. probably would have rated them a bit better as the noodles were great but a little bit annoyed about the wait. Don’t tell me it will be 2 minutes if it will be half an hour, just be honest. I’ll happily leave and come back it’s in the middle of town. Asked a couple of times and just said 2 mins will be here. Overall rubbish, wouldn’t come back. Only tried as I’ve been told it’s the best place about but all the dish’s were bad apart from one and extremely expensive compared to many others I’ve had that were much higher quality.

Order had parts missing which the manager insisted I didn’t order. We were told a delivery time and it was 50 minutes late.. food was nice but just “warm”

Thought we would try this place after reading amazing reviews ,after waiting nearly 2 hours for delivery I can only say the food was average nothing special, sweet and sour chicken ridiculously sweet beef rice really salty ,prawn crackers look and taste like they are out of a packet.dont think we will be ordering

We have ordered from many local places before. But withfortune (other places weren't taking orders on a Saturday evening) they accepted our order! I ordered what I like and it was better, exceptionally so! It is worth the wait!!! Xxx

First time trying Top Garden. We really enjoyed it and happy with our order. It arrived on time and food was really hot. Really recommend the salt and pepper prawns. The pork was slightly dry but the sauce it came with was really tasty. Thank you!
