I have thoroughly enjoyed my visit at Cobblers today, I reserved a table for mid-day, my friends and I sat downstairs. We had a very tasty lunch, there were lots of choices on the menu and then we rounded it off with some lovely cake. I shall definitely be going there again. ?

Absolutely lovely little cafe! So glad my Friend introduced me to another small cute little cafe that I will definitely be coming back to more often! My latte was lovely! And lovely looking food too! Thank you ☺️

Love coming here for a brunch as their avocado eggs hollandaise hits a spot like no other. My all time favourite thing on the menu. Would love to see more vegetarian options on the menu for lunch time as the breakfast is perfect but would visit more if more options were available.

Let down by service. Cobblers has a nice menu but all too often the staff ignore you rather than taking orders. Too busy chatting to each other, staring at the computer, rewriting the blackboard etc. Sadly this is not an isolated incident as it has happened to my partner and I together and separately.

Disappointingly a really poor overall experience today. We arrived after what appeared to be a busy breakfast session. Lots of tables required clearing and the staff seemed preoccupied. We waited patiently to have our drinks order taken, which was eventually taken but took a long time to arrive. I made sure to place our food order once the drinks had arrived given how long that took. When the food arrived my cooked breakfast was disappointingly small and I'd eaten most of it before my toast arrived. The manager was more interested in her mobile phone than dealing with customers. The young staff seemed lacklustre and I saw them sitting down when there were tables to be cleared and orders to be taken? The service was appallingly slow and inattentive? Our plates weren't cleared at all and after sitting for a good half hour after we'd obviously finished our meal, nobody bothered to take our dessert order? That's 4 desserts Cobblers could have sold if they'd have been attentive. I didn't complain at the time as I felt it would have fallen on deaf ears. Shame on you Cobblers. I'm extremely reluctant to return.

Disappointing service. The manager was preoccupied with her mobile phone and the young staff were inattentive. Took ages to take our order or clear our table. When it came to desserts; the staff seemed to have forgotten we even existed? Portion sizes were very small, especially my cooked breakfast. Left with no dessert as we gave up waiting. Staff seemed badly managed and lackluster. Dubious as to whether I'd give them a second chance.

First time visiting Cobblers. We called in for breakfast and were not disappointed The staff were welcoming We ordered coffees, creamy mushrooms on sourdough bread and French toast with maple syrup and bacon. The manager apologised that there would be a short delay as the chef had popped across to the market for fresh bread. We didn't mind the wait as the food is cooked to order and we could not fault ours it was delicious. Its not the cheapest place bit as ever you get what you pay for and we are looking forward to returning soon.

Wonderful afternoon chatting over lunch and drinks. Fantastic ambience and made to feel very welcome and not rushed at any time. Look forward to returning again soon.
