Arrived Thursday afternoon in glorious sunshine. The site is small, adults only. All the pitches are well laid out with lots of space in between. Extremely peaceful and relaxing, with a friendly, chat to your neighbours atmosphere. The newish owners have given the site a great make over, the facilities are clean and well looked after. Good pub grub ,friendly staff ,we stayed on the touring part, nice long pitch and well kept, there is room for improvement, but the guy has just taken over and i am sure he will get there , the place is a little Gem, only thing i would suggest is to get a more formal booking in proccess so you know who you have on site. In the future perhaps a bit of security to the touring park. All in all a nice stay and would stay again .

Called in on the off chance of getting a table for a meal. Discovered the place had only just reopened after being closed and we are really glad we did. A warm welcome and I started with a pint of real ale which was very good. We meet Lee the chef who was really friendly.
