Fantastic meal here on Mother’s day. The food was delicious as always and the service was brilliant. The waiter remained calm and professional despite the table next to us being extremely rude and complaining about absolutely everything.

Horrible experience the lady chef came out with serious attitude , food was over 1 hour turned up cold .wount be returning here !Thank you for your speedy reply ! I think the online response was faster than the food.What was not appreciated was all I’ve asked for was a salad , but told we do not have any as we don’t get deliveries on weekends and due to it being busy which does not interest me . Then when ordering cepelinai , I was quite understanding and actually well polite to say ok il take the risk for waiting around an hour , to then be told 20 min later am I sure I want it as it will be another hour . To then just left to order a cola. When my families food arrived , mash was solid cold , and spaghetti cold from bottom. When asked if food was ok , honest opinion was given , a minute later the manager that I called “chef lady” whom did not introduce her self , came storming it’s always the Lithuanian people whom complain we only have two chefs and so on she raised her voice ! On the table of 5 people there was only one Lithuanian and one whom could speak the language my family wer so lost what was happening. Felt quite taken back , a Mother’s Day gone wrong. Felt like an attack to a Lithuanian person personally :(. Sorry if I came across fed up with some of your waiters as I did leave your restaurant 2 hours later with an empty stomach. Atmosphere was not great at all and we all felt it .Customer is always right . At least we act so to keep peace , but tonight showed real Lithuanian culture from Amber Resturant.Good luck

Visited Baltic Amber last night - my friend and I pre-ordered all the Lithuanian dishes. Grated potato cepelinai and mashed potato pancakes were unreal! We also had garlic rye bread with cheese sauce to start as a sharer which was lovely. Mind you, Lithuanian garlic rye bread is super garlicky, so it might not be suitable for all, but my friend and I absolutely loved it. It was a great food, great atmosphere and great company evening. Staff were also supper attentive and lovely. 10/10 evening!

9 of us went here for a family meal…took 2 hours for the food to be served after order was taken!!!! 8 out of 9 meals were served warm and not hot!!! Such a shame as the restaurant has a lovely atmosphereWill not be returning after this

Food was not great. We had lasagne and chicken and both were very dry and not very nice. Service was good though, won't eat here again.
