Went here with my wife and 3 children on Thursday at approx 4:30pm. All food was served fresh and extremely quick, the premises was clean and the staff were more than helpful. The manager on the day was very professional. Will definitely return. Thank you.

Ordered a burger meal burger was cold in the middle! Went and complained and they gave me a fresh one! Which was worse than the first ? after a couple of bytes ended up in the bin and i left. Never going back!!

The Whopper meal was ok, chips were warm, hot chocolate was lovely. Took a while for the order to be made but staff apologised for the delay. Would go back there if I'm at that end of Ipswich.

Burger king is a nice place even though it's small so it seems to be crowded when there are bunch of people. The service is amazing and you can even get your own coke from machine. The workers are very kind too. One thing I didn't like is that it is too loud when it's crowded.i wanna eat my food in peace!!

We ate in. Every where was lovely and clean. Even the toilets were fresh. Their burgers taste so good! Polite staff. Brought our food over. Drinks are self service, so kids had fun making there own drinks

It was a great BK meal but 1 the metal chair bases scrape badly on the stone floor and 2 the cooker timer bleepers were so noisy when eating in. Will return for super prepared burger and eat in the calm of my own car is my answer. CheersParking: Plenty of parking handy.Wheelchair accessibility: Good flat access but twin double door with lobby between could be a bit of a struggle.
Burgers are better than it's rival but the chain needs a bit of TLC. Their drinks machine is great - so many varieties!

Like many people, i come to expect a certain level of quality and service, and generally these are not very high on fast food outlets, however this particular visit did not come close. Decided to go in rather than use the drive through, placed order via the self service terminal and then headed to the counter. Wasnt greeted and once the order was bagged was asked if i wanted sauces. Having collected the order went to sit down. Disappointingly the wifes burger did not have the bacon (which was ordered). On returning back to the counter there was no.rush in dealing with me or wanting to know why i was there. When i explain the burger was deposited and was told a new.one will be sorted. In less than 5 minutes (not aure how they managed it that quick). The new burger did have the bacon however unfortunately the bacon was partially cold. My burger (double whopper) although constructed as i would expect, the meat patty were dry, luke warm and chewy. Not impressed overall and will opt for a different outlet in the future. 3/10

Where do I start??Firstly, we received our order and they "forgot" we asked for 1 diet coke as we have a a diabetic child. Then upon swapping the coke, proceeded to spill it so half went down my trousers.To top it off, there was no salt on the chips and the buns stale!Terrible, and only a, "oh sorry about that".
