I went to Gregg's next door - as good as ever. Sit in or takeaway. Closes at 4. Burger King (and toilets) are still open after that.

The place is so run down it puts you off your food. Car park is more potholes than tarmac with litter and mess everywhere. Inside not much better, dirty and half of its always closed off so there's no where to sit. Ordering screens are out of order. Bins are full. Staff are vaping by the entrance.

The outside of the building was dirty rubbish was everywhere.\\nThe inside had rubbish all over the floor. aswell the tables were all dirty.\\nLastly it was the middle of the day and there were no other customers there but the staff was just sat around while the place was gross.\\nThe burgers we ordered were cold and so was the coffee.\\nGot to be the worst burger king I have ever been too.\\nIt was pretty disgraceful.

Burger King used to be rubbish, cold sloppy burgers. They have improved their product massively and I would definitely recommend this place. The staff seem polite enough and the service was fast. Condiments were offered and given. The only suggestion is that "Trash walks" are undertaken as the car park is a tip and the outside looks so shabby. The food though is really nice.Parking: Has its own carpark although it is always an absolute tip. But don't let this put you off.Wheelchair accessibility: The carpark is very rough with potholes. Not advisable to park here if you are disabled.

Don't bother, dirty is an understatement!!!!!!. Tables hadn't been cleaned, floor covered in rubbish, bins over flowing, and we have filmed it on our phone. Customers were at the counter asking to be served as were left standing for at least 15 minutes. A very grumpy girl who was supposed to be working for Burger King was slamming chairs around us as she see us filming the state of the place. Customer's who we see said the place is a disgrace. New staff needed I'm sure.

We visited here last Sunday. The restaurant was messy and some of the tables hadn't been cleared. The toilets were also a mess. The ice machine was also broken, so our colas were warm. However, it is not the staffs fault that the machine was broken. They were doing their best to repair it. This may explain the reason for the mess.The food was warm and service was quick. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. Thanks

20:30 at night, ordered a double cheese bacon burger, and chillie cheese melt dips. No one else in the restaurant... How did I manage to get served a stone cold burger, yet mouth burning hot cheese bites ?? This is my usual stop for food and a rest, but I think BK has just been struck off the list. Not the first time food has been served cold when the restaurant is very quiet.

Directed to use booking screen but couldn't. Staff said to order at till but cash only as boss said people should order on the machine to pay as nobody was using them and they weren't covering their cost!The food was the worst I've had in a Burger King - tasteless roll, slimy meat, tasteless chips. All in all, a dreadful experience.

Had a divine meal here earlier today. I was served by a lovely young lady who I believe is called Emily. Polite and chatty… made the experience brilliant! Will be coming back.
Absolutely tasteless burger with a stale bun. Would not rush back . Poor server was on her own , was struggling to reach the items as she was so small and looked exhausted and fed up. Don't blame her... very disappointed

This has gone through many transformations over the years making it a handy stop off on the way to Norfolk. Sadly it is now a rather uninviting scruffy location. The servers are young and clearly fed up. The outside area lacks any seating and needs a good clean up. There used to be benches in the shade but these are now 'reserved' for staff.The adjoining petrol station is undergoing a massive refurbishment so maybe this little area will follow suit?

Car park looked like it had been bombed. Craters everywhere. Arrives at 6.20pm on Friday and wasn't allowed to sit in. Had to eat it in the car.

Depressed vibe. Limited menu. Staff great but bad design and poor management mean not family friendly bizarre layout. Crowded by door but restaurant empty no one wants to stop. More expensive and less inviting than the Macdonalds just down the road at Stowmarket. Petrol station on same site currently a pile of rubble being rebuilt and no HGV access.
