A major typographical error (or probably fat fingers on the keyboard) for which my apologies and I am happy to correct as well as recording now the best pork crackling and bread flour for miles around. This is definitely 5 stars!Recently (August 2023), and after 22 years of buying granary flour from this wonderful bakery, my bread maker failed so I searched the shop for an alternative......Wow, I was invited to try Multi Seeded Bread and WOW again! Fantastic and well as healthy, do try it especially toasted, slice it quite thickly so it has a soft centre and wow once more!
