I have been to Frankie and Benny’s many times, especially with meeting up with friends and on family occasions. I love the atmosphere so relaxing and the staff are so friendly and helpful. Their menu changes to bring more choice but also keeps the favourites on there. I’ll be booking again very soon.

I was with a group of friends having dinner on Thursday 25th May 2023. To begin with, the food was fantastic and our waitress was great at her job. We all really enjoyed our food and had cocktails as well. Unfortunately, I do suffer with some heart irregularities which can be triggered by sugars and caffeine. After drinking some of my cocktail I immediately became unwell and my heart rate suddenly went very fast due to me not realising that the cocktail had a lot of sugary syrup included. This was my fault but the Manageress (Katie) was superb at dealing with me and ensured that I was well before I left to go home. In addition to this, Katie also phoned me the next day at home to check that I was definitely okay. This is fantastic customer service and goes well above and beyond of what many managers or establishments would go to. I can’t thank Katie enough and we will definitely be returning, but no cocktails this time!!

The food selection isn’t fantastic compared to their hey days… but they make up for it with the atmosphere and great service.Try to leave room for deserts… they are so good, you’d kick yourself if you didn’t try :)

We left with full tummy and satisfied taste buds ?Kid-friendliness: The restaurant has a kids menu, with variety for small and big eaters, with picky eaters in mind, leaving more exciting foods for those who will try them.Parking: Parking right outside, clearly marked bays, plenty of roomWheelchair accessibility: There's no steps in the entrance and getting around Is easy enoughDietary restrictions: First thing asked was whether we had allergies, one of my children can't have milk so this was important and they were respectable about this.

We ate here on a Thursday evening, fwe hadn't booked, but this wasn't a problem, the venue was about 45% full and the staff were very welcoming. We ordered pizza, pasta and salad along with drinks. the service was excellent as was the food and the speed of service. The staff were very friendly, we wouldn't hesitate to eat here again!
