I got a bacon roll and drink meal/pizza and drink meal so many times I would recommend it to anyone who remember Carmen's bakery. A nice happiness after that bacon etc would definitely be a think a few times a week for work or of you couldn't be bothered cook haha

How can you get a 5 items order so wrong I'll never know. Its not like they have to memorize it... they've got a list in front of them! Ordered 5 items on just eat... got 1 of them twice... absolute joke... almost feels like they do it on purpose... for a laugh or who knows... greggs NEVER gets you order right on just eat.

Greggs (Ipswich, Upper Brook Street) are scammed their customers. The customers where unable to get their pre-paid orders. Why was Greggs closed at 19.58 when in public timing it says "Tuesday open till 8: 30pm"?!

Nothing beats a good Greggs when you're hungry or want some breakfast - just make sure you get there in good time because the queues can be quite long!
Good salted caramel latte with whipped cream and a hot sausage roll. Quick service, friendly staff. The store is always clean. The cake section is usually always full. Visit here probably at least once a week.

A good place to visit for a lunch time bite to eat, I usually have a regular mocha and potato wedges with a couple pots of sauce, or a slice of pizza. Staff have always been friendly in my experience and generous with stamping the reward card.

Its ok...gone downhill somewhat in terms of the amount of filling in the slices like chicken and steak slice. I used to like them but not worth the money now. Choose a local bakery like Krusties as the fillings are jam packed for similar price

i'm not bothered by grumpy staff at places like this because i have worked in these kind of jobs and i know it's gruelling. but the large lady who seems to be a supervisor or something here is so aggressive, impatient and downright rude (combined with the distinct air that she's getting off on throwing her authority around) that it should probably be handled, i notice all the bad reviews here mention it, it's clearly affecting business at this point.
