I crave a hot sausage and Always get one when we visit Ipswich. Service is always great and friendly. Prices are reasonable for the sizes and i love the sauce options. The footlongs are *chef's kiss*Vegetarian options: None. Its a Sausage Company. Avoid at all costs. Leave the goodness for us meat eaters ;PKid-friendliness: regular is the perfect size for a kid. you cant go wrong with these hot dogs!

We chose The Hot Sausage Company for the evening food at our wedding reception.Lisa was very responsive to all emails & offered us a selection of additional sausages.They arrived on time for set up & served the first sausage at the time stated & agreed via email.Ourselves & our guests throughly enjoyed the food! The hot dogs from this mobile stand are very tasty & at a reasonable price, they have a selection of sauces to choose from also. They ain't stingy with the onions either if you are a connoisseur of these & the sausages are of good quality, if in town I always treat myself to one :)Kid-friendliness: They have a small hot dog that is plenty for kidsWheelchair accessibility: This stand is mobile & in the street so wheelchairs can access to get served

Always order 2 foot longs with onions and 1 foot long no onions for my dog. Great food great service in such a windy and open place.Wheelchair accessibility: Drive wheelchair (Mobility Scooter) right up to the server. Always a welcome smile and great food and service, Either to eat on local outside seating or wrapped up to take home!

The service here is always polite, quick and everything freshly cooked! You can’t miss the stall the smell as you walk past gets you ? - Give them a try if you haven’t already you won’t be disappointed & it’s better to support local than a chain place for a quick bite to eat! ⭐️⭐️⭐️?
The hot sausage company came to do the catering for our wedding at a village hall and I couldn't rate them highly enough. We were so impressed with the man who came and did the sausages for us, he was so friendly and made everything so easy and convenient. He served everyone smoothly and people all commented on how delicious the hot dogs were.We were really pleased with the whole experience and would definitely recommend.

Although I find the food absolutely delicious and would order everyday if I had the money and it would not impact on my health, I find when I do try to order the store is frequently unavailable for delivery through any app when they are supposed to be open which is incredibly frustrating. One time I tried to call which went unanswered followed by a text that just read that they are unavailable to talk currently, no offer to call back or times given that I could try again. If the store could take orders through the app when they are actually open, they would get a 5 from me but until then I am jaded as I love the food but not happy with the service, there is no reason they should be unavailable online!Update: I managed to speak to someone on the phone yesterday, person was miserable and hung up on me when I was in the middle of speaking but did get onto the Ipswich branch who did open up the shop online so I was able to order. Faith partly restored but would be nicer if they were happy to talk to you. If they were I might consider using them for our wedding when we finally arrange it, we will see how it goes!Update : Spoke to the same man yesterday who was a lot more nice and pleasant, explained they have a tablet problem and got it sorted again so we could order. Today, though, the restaurant is not open on the apps again. Seems to be happening frequently.
