Just been through the drive thru, I told the server it was my birthday today and he wished me a pleasant happy birthday.Also the cook came from the back and also said happy birthday. And then I had a lovely happy birthday message left on my receipt. It’s simple little things like this that go a long way and it was super appreciated. Thank you to the kind staff and team.
Just went through the drive thru, was the only car there. Took a little while to come to the speaker, fine. But then took our first item order, then cut off, sat in silence for a couple minutes before I was greeted with an aggressive “hello?” which we then said our second item and before we could continue our order was told to go to the window to pay and cut off once again. What's up with this branch. Never consistent one day good, one day is overpowered with oil, salt and undercooked chicken. Who ever is in charge of the chicken on 06/01/2024, needs to be put on different task...
