Had several visits with mixed reviews but the last one has put me off KFC all together. Services was incredibly slow and had to wait 25 minutes for our order, we can't figure out why because all the food was cold when we did get it. On top of all this the I have been up all night with rivers of lava pouring out of my backside and stomach cramps that would suggest I am carrying some kind of demon inside my intestines.

Well this was an experience, ordered on the self serve thing. Chicken fillet for my husband no cheese or mayo and a banquet box for me. Sat at our table patiently and waited. Husband's meal arrived all correct along with a second fillet in a bun complete with cheese and mayo. First problem not what I ordered, 2nd problem I am allergic to mayo and loath cheese. Return my meal to the counter to arrange for my correct meal, only to be told this was what I ordered, don't think so. A young lady checked the order history and confirmed this was what my order was. Definitely not. Asked for the order number but I wasn't given an order number but told her the table number we assigned the meal to. Apparently there was no order assigned to that table. Worrying as my husband was sitting at the table enjoying his meal. Ok so after much deliberation and insistence I was wrong, the very helpful young man who originally delivered our meals suggested she looked at the history on the monitor above the cooked food rather than on the till display, and guess what there was my order for 2 Meals one of them my box. The young man was very nice and apologetic the young lady needs to work on her customer service skills.

The way the managers are treating the staff and customers is horrible. Overworking them and swearing at them and making do far too much things for one person it’s appalling.

Every visit is a disappointment. There are always items missing from my orders, I have to ASK for napkins, spoons and straws when they should be automatically includedbin your order. Tables are always dirty and bins are fill and staff just chatting amongst themselves rather than cleaning. Beans are usually tepid at best. AVOID!!!

Nothing to eat the beans with, and I am too old to drink them out of a plastic cup. No serviettes either and no curtains to wipe my hands on! Altogether, a poor experience. No stars.

I purchased 2 meals about month ago it was terrible chicken was cold and tough throwed it away but gave benefit of doubt went again last night only ordered 3 mini fillet burgers and Kansas chicken pieces . Waited 20 mins at drive through window thought they was cooking it fresh got food drive off started to eat whilst heading home it was stone cold chicken again and tough as anything. Tried to call restaurant today to speak to manager no answer after 5 phone calls terrible service terrible food

The foods OK, but that's about how far it goes. Facilities apparently never cleaned, staff virtually always grumpy and krushum machine breaks (literally) every other day. Many a long day at work spoiled by a young member of staff who glares at you for paying at the drive through.Update:7 months later and no improvement. Krushum machine now permanently broken

Dont bother going to this shambles.Staff are rude and have no idea what is on the menu. All i could hear was staff shouting in the backgprund while i was trying to order. When I finally managed to order and drive to the next window I was told that they has sold out !

My husband and I were really disappointed with the food, it used to be lovely but the past few times we’ve been there was barely anything in the zinger meal and was slapped together with no care or thought. I had a hair in my boneless banquet meal(gross) there were no sauces that we paid for or cutlery for our sides, I’m not generally a complainer but this kfc is the closest we have to us and the staff just don’t seem to give a t… about customer care or even make an effort in the food they provide and the hygiene of the place if you don’t want to work there then don’t.. but if you need a job then please for the life of your customers start showing some effort with the customers you serve it’s so sad as we won’t be going back again as I’m sure many people won’t with service and food like that!
