Amazing place for a brunch. You can find there Egyptian or Moroccans brunch platers. I really recommend it to check it out ?

Great decor, relaxing atmosphere, good coffee, and cake, though I haven't tried the food yet, I will be back! Great view down the marina.

Had an incredible brunch platter selection with my partner, that Amir politely served! Look out for the small bread selection platter and date brownies also as they too were incredible (with lots of veggie options.) Decently sized portions and lovely hot drinks can't rate highly enough!

My wife and I visited this place on Saturday night 17th September after attending a movie. We had stopped in previously to have a coffee and fell in love with the decorThe resteraunt looks amazing, very Middle Eastern with lots of fabulous rugs, pictures, and furniture. I must first say that if you are expecting fast food service this is not the place for you, because the food is made freshly on the premises , with lots of fresh ingredients. The food was amazing, I ordered the garlic butter prawns, andMy wife had chicken skewers platter which was delicious. The mains come with fresh vegetables as well a delicious salad, and some delicious condiments like tahini dressing, and hummus. To to top.it all off we had a delicious Egyptian rice. All of the food was full of individual flavors. Thank you for a great meal and we can't wait to return.

We were looking for Sunday brunch and found Oasis Lounge on the waterfront. There were tables on the quayside, but decided to.opt for inside as so lovely. Beautiful Moroccan style interior, plenty of tables. walked in but no-one around to seat us, but was empty so we took a nice table for two next to lovely French doors overlooking the Quay. We waited for a waiter with a menu, but no one came, there was a young girl but she appeared to only be concerned with customers outside. There was a young man making coffees who I approached to get menus but was completely ignored as I continued to make coffee. I found some menus on the side and tried to ask if it was waiter service or order at the counter, I was met with a shrug and please yourself response. We chose our drinks and brunch but again no-one came for our order. After 10 min I approached again, waited ages with no acknowledgement or smile from either of the two staff. After being ignored for some time, I asked the girl if I could order, she abruptly responded that she'd be over to take our order but she was very.busy. I returned and waited, meantime a family had arrived and sat inside also, after a further 10 minutes wait she took their order (after they too asked to be served) again we were ignored. Three other tables outside and in arrived and left during this time. If it wasn't for my husband having a broken foot, we would have left too. We waited another 10 minutes, I approached the 2 staff, again no acknowledgement or assistance, by this time they had wound me up so much I couldn't take much more. I explained how long we had been waiting and how poor the service was, they both just looked then carried on and ignored me. I've travelled the world and never witnessed such poor, rude staff. I wouldn't mind if they were super busy, but only a couple of tables dining, the others were just having coffee, the two staff worked at a snails pace, a simple smile and apology for the wait would have helped, but they couldn't muster that. We could take no more and left hungry, thirsty with my husband hobbling to find somewhere else. As we left we noticed the one table with food and it looked really lovely, Such a shame as it could be a little goldmine, with the right front of house, change of staff needed drastically.

Booked on Tuesday afternoon for dinner at 6:30 on the following Friday. Seemed odd when booking as the lady didn’t want to take a name or number. Just scribbled on a post it note.We walked past on Thursday evening and it was closed, even though it said it would be open. Then when we went on the Friday, it was closed as well. What’s the point of taking our booking? Tried phoning the number on the opening hours and no response.Gave up and now sat in the Waterfront next door. At least they’re open when they say they will be.

25min to get 2 hot drink served on a Sunday morning despite the place being deserted and having two front staff. Being told they are sorry about the wait but it is the Kitchen that makes the drinks and that they are busy at the moment.

This is a gorgeous looking restaurant, ideally situated on the quay, somewhat let down by the tortoise like service and food.We stopped on a Sunday lunchtime and had to go and ask to be served after a lengthy wait without any sign of a waiter even though there were only 2 tables outside with customers and none inside. The waiter knew we were there as he told us he would come to us to serve us when we entered.Even after asking at the bar for service, in a still virtually deserted restaurant it took another 5 minutes or so.We were then told by the waiter we couldn't order toast and butter, firstly as the chef wouldnt do it, then as they'd run out of bread (which of course would have been perfecty acceptable). The coffee was good, but the decaf - which we double checked was decaf with the waiter when he brought it, clearly had some caffeine in as one of us had an allergic reaction to it later when it had worked its way into the system. Nothing dangerous, but not pleasant. When we came to pay the chef was putting bread into the toaster. So much for the run out. This is such a lovely restaurant inside and has so much potential, it's already up against it with the lack of an alcohol licence so you'd think they'd be desperate to get customers coming back.We hate chains and really want to support small local establishments, but sometimes they do make it very hard.UPDATE:. You will see from the reply that the Oasis says they were so busy today. Whilst all the cafes along the dock were heaving and we couldn't get a seat anywhere, the oasis had no one at all inside and 2 tables occupied outside when we were there.

We went to dinner here last night. It was absolutely amazing. The decor is so beautiful so much to look at. Really lovely service from a young man. And the food was unbelievable. I had a chick mashwary and my mum had prawns in butter and garlic. Comes served on a massive tray with a salad veg bread and rice! Food was very well cooked flavoured and not heavy at all. I ate the whole thing. Very reasonably priced too! We were very impressed! Will definitely be back! Thank you oasis lounge. X

Ordered 2 coffees and 2 cold drinks. Took nearly half an hour for them to be served. Took an additional half an hour for the breakfast we ordered. Salmon and scrambled eggs on toast. Scrambled eggs were not cooked properly. Also an additional 2 toast. I asked for the butter separate as I am pregnant and am having food aversions from soggy food. The waiter said he asked the kitchen but they didn’t listen. I asked him if he could take the toast back and make it again with separate butter. He rolled his eyes and took it back. Came back 10 minutes later. Butter in a separate pot and bread that had been toasted for maybe 30 seconds. Was not worth the £30. Food was quite awful and the service was horrendous. I do not recommend l.
