I booked a table and the time was changed by the restaurant because we wanted to take our son. They said that they don’t accept children at a certain time, we accepted and went at the earlier time. It then came to booking for valentines night in which I tried to reserve online. The table was cancelled completely despite the table time being the same as previous. When I called up I was told that they won’t allow us to attend because there is a child with us. When I questioned their decision they said they don’t want trouble for the customers. My son is so quiet and well behaved and most adults act worse than him, wouldn’t even notice him sitting there! Absolutely appalled at the attitude of this restaurant and the discrimination against people. I will not be going back here at all disgusting behaviour and you’re never getting my money again! If my child was poorly behaved I would be responsible and not try to book a table somewhere!

Lovely atmosphere firstly is this place, service was very quick and food was great! Would definitely recommend it to anyone, easily the best Turkish food I’ve had in a long while.

By far the best turkish food you can find, had a table of 11 and not a single comment other than Amazing! The mezze to start was superb, great authentic dishes with so much flavour i could have eaten everything on the table. The mixed grill was on another level, cooking it over the charcoals gave such a beautiful taste, the meat was juicy and tender didnt even need a knife with the lamb shish.I would recommend this to everyone and we will all definitely be returning soon deserves 6 stars

Ottoman special is the best chicken dish I have tasted for years. Wonderful service. But of a wait for food. Fantastic drinks menu, all Turkish wine, cranberry juice too. My husband had the Shish Kebab which was beautifully tender. Crockery is very well suited to what your eating. Very nice meal and reasonable at £55 (for two people).
It was my first time eating here and both my husband and I were very impressed with everything about the place. The staff were very attentive, helpful and friendly. The food, wow so delicious and one of the best Turkish food I've had. The whole night was special, just me and husband enjoying each other and the experience at Ottoman just added to it. Thank you, you'll be seeing us again soon.
