“This was a pilgrimage to the last of the holy trinity of Bella Napoli restaurants in Ipswich so I knew what I was expecting. 12 inch spicy sausage pizza for £10.99 which is well worth the money. I like everything spicy so was given some spicy kebab sauce and chilli olive oil. The chilli sludge at the bottom of the olive oil was excellent. Spicy enough when it caught the back of my throat I couldn't speak for a while. The restaurant ambience compared to the two Bella Napoli restaurants in town was a bit dull but everything was clean and the staff lovely. We also had a large 660ml birra moretti which was reasonably priced. I definitely recommend this place.”

“I have been coming to this Ask since it opened! The staff are super friendly and managers are always very accommodating. Great experience for all the family and something on the menu for everyone. Their homemade lemonade is always a hit and their bar is top notch too.The Garlic Bread with Mozzarella and Caramelized Balsamic Onions is absolute heaven.Even when it’s full, the service never lets up.Best to get yourself a reservation on a Friday/Saturday Night or more than a party of 4!Vegetarian options: Pizza is made from bread, tomatoes and cheese… don’t ya know ahaha but yes, plenty of options.Kid-friendliness: Kids menus with coloring. Great uncomplicated kids menu. *if you have a little one- Ask for the Tiny Tums option- simple and inexpensive and the kiddos love it.Parking: Ya have to pay. But it’s not terribly expensive. If you want free parking, there are spots on the side of the cinema and only a short walk.Wheelchair accessibility: Ground floor with wide doors. Including dedicated bathroom.”

“Overall the experience with my daughter was positive when we visited for the buffet. The only complaints I have were over the selection of pizzas and the frequency with which they refilled the pizza bar. The food was lovely as always, good pizza, salad bar was fresh and had plenty of selection. The experience was somewhat tainted by a group of diners sat near us who wouldn't stop cursing and being vulgar despite being seated near three other tables that had children and the staff seamed reluctant to say anything to these customers. That however doesn't detract from the quality of the food and the overall dining experience. Will definitely dine here again.”

“A little gem perfect place to celebrate graduation from University of Suffolk. Right on the waterfront. Wonderful staff. Better than average food quality and higher standards of preparation from the chef for a chain restaurant and good range of food. Perfect evening fast service. “I think this place may have changed hands since I last used it.One thing that bothers me, is YOU CAN'T ORDER A PIZZA TO BE DELIVERED ANYMORE!So I ordered a burger and an XL chicken kebab with garlic and chilli sauce.I was charged extra for the chilli sauce, and there isn't any!So it went from £15.13 to £15.70, because of the "extra sauce" which isn't even here.But in all, a good kebab, a good burger.But not being able to order a single pizza for delivery is insane.I'd have had a kebab and a pizza, but I'm not buying 2.”
