Poor service, waiting to be served at the till whilst staff ignore you stocking fridges then finally comes to the counter to serve the guy behind me. Justifies my usual decision to go to other stations offering pay at pump to avoid this sort of rubbish.

Excellent service and one of the Best BP stations I have ever used in my life. My car, when I pumped it, gained an extra 500 horsepower which allowed me to participate in formula 1 racing ?️ as they are a partner. My 1.2 litre Micra turned into a weapon on the streets of Ipswich. I also love the Indian workers working there especially this man called Benny. Extremely quick and friendly service. Would recommend 10/10. Only issue is the lack of Free Fuel when I ask for it as I am extremely bankrupt and the HMRC are after me.

The store itself is fine but half the staff don't understand English. Extremely frustrating when they lock the doors at night and you have to use the night payment window. 3 attempts to get a bottle of drink!They also change the times they lock the doors at night. No consistency.

The pumps for petrol and diesel were locked in the lane I drove intoI at Shell Whitehouse. No sign to say they were not in use. I drove off and went to Morrisons, Sproughton. I was unable to use my reward. ?

Good fuel but about employees is the worst possible. They are extremely rude, the Indians, and refuse use costumers rewards. A disgrace.
She'll is the best in the fue Business in the UK and I would never use any other fueling station. (I would rather run out of fuel). Shell always have everything, staff are alway nice and their forecourts are never missing the essentials required for our visit.

Was asked to remove my Helmet even though they were no signs saying I had to it's also shell policy not to ask this I have a camera mounted on my Helmit I have a plate obviously the guy who served me was very rude to me asking me to leave my phone or card and them he will active the pump I didn't want to do this as I would be late to work so I ended up leaving and getting to work with hardly any petrol I would explain better but I will be reporting this to higher ups as I have video footage and will most likely take it to court as he threatened me
